2 chambres, 1 salle de bain. Les deux chambres sont joliment décorées et disposent de lits queen size. aussi lit d'air queen qui peut être installé dans le salon. Plan d'étage cuisine, salle à manger et salon ouvert. Meublé avec draps, serviettes pour la cuisine et le bain, vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine et appareils électroménagers. Téléviseur à écran plat 42 "avec réseau parabolique et connexion Internet fournis Tout ce que vous devez apporter est de la nourriture et vos propres serviettes de plage et nous nous occupons du reste. Cottage rénové en 2015. chalet est à seulement 30 'de la rampe d'eau et du quai! Protégé dans le porche et la grande terrasse attenante avec gril et outils de grillage fournis. Quai couvert 10 x 28 avec table et chaises. soleil et bassin de baignade attaché dans une crique sans réveil en eau profonde. Le bar et grill Frankie & Louies sur la plage se trouve à 1/4 mile en voiture sur la colline. Restaurant, bar, glacier, musique live, plage de sable, beach-volley, arcade et pédalos Daves, paddle board et location de kayaks. Lancement de bateau et stockage de remorque dans un rayon de 1/4 mile. Location de bateaux à moins de 5 km. Bateau ou en voiture de nombreux grands restaurants et bars. grande épicerie à moins de 1 1/2 miles

The photos don’t do this place justice! The hosts are amazing, the place is clean fully stocked and smells great, and it’s perfect for swimming! There is a bar and a grocery store minutes away. It was perfect for us.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay! My brother and sister ended up joining us for part of the weekend and it was the perfect sized place for the four of us! Very conveniently located near several bars and restaurants by land and water too!

Our family had a relaxing and fun weekend! Great place to hang out by the lake or drive to a nearby restaurant on the water! Plenty of amenities and owners were quick to get us anything we needed help with or had questions about. With Franky and Louie's so close, you can't go wrong with this property!!

The property was everything we wanted! The screened in porch and deck were heavenly. We spent our days on the dock or in the lake. So very peaceful. We were able to also catch enough fish to have fish for dinner 2 nights. The turtles were very enjoyable to watch. We’d stay again!

Relaxing stay on the water

We had a great time at Michael and Nevada's home on the cove! Loved the screened in porch and sitting on the dock. Size of the place was great for the two of us, felt spacious yet cozy. Location was great, close to boat rentals and fun to try out different restaurants. Great first time in LOTO!

Great VRBO.

Wonderful house with a huge dock with an open wet slip. The owner also has a light in the water that attracts fish to his dock. Nice little notes all over the VRBO explaining how things work. Even a few that are pretty funny (people who have a bit to much to drink and get sick). EXCELLENT VRBO.

Relaxing lakeside retreat!

The screened porch and open deck overlooking the water on this rental really made our Ozarks experience complete. We loved sitting on the deck with a drink, watching the turtles vying for sunny positions on the dock. The house itself was very clean and well appointed, with plenty of space indoors and out. The comfortable patio furniture adds considerably to available living space. There's even an extra boat slip if you decide to rent a boat. The owners were super helpful and welcoming, going out of their way to make sure we felt at home. The location was excellent with grocery stores, pharmacies, and bait shops nearby, not to mention Franky & Louie's within walking distance.

Hated ridiculous signs/rules - Negative Vibe

We absolutely hated the numerous notes with rules in each room especially the sign about vomiting stuck above the kitchen sink. So gross!!! For that nightly rate more often than not the caliber of guests won't be vomitting in kitchen sink or disrespecting the property so subjecting us to read that every time we were using the kitchen is beyond gross. Also the note about the bedding being for decorative purposes only...just gave us a negative vibe. There were rules about how to use the towels...seriously?!? Another about using old rugs under the sink instead of decorative dish clothes. The deodarizers in every room with different scents also made the place smell like a morgue and gave us headaches. We had to find them all and kept them in the storage closet and aired out the place in order to stay. Please consider putting ice trays in the freezer as it doesn't make ice. It is a nice location and the options for a closed porch and open one is a great feature. Bcoz of the negative vibe we spent most of our time at the place our friends had rented that was 2 minutes away that had a more positive vibe.

Maggie, We are sorry that you did not have a good experience with your stay at our cottage in mid July. We wish you would have reached out to us immediately upon your arrival by calling, or emailing and we would have gladly refunded your stay 100%. We have rented our cottage 8 years, on average 30 bookings per season with multiple repeated guests. As you can see on our review page we have never received a low review. Our average is 4.9 stars. I have to agree our notes may seem excessive but we have had issues in the past and that is why they are there. There is only 1 plug in air freshener in the cottage so we're not sure why you said they were in all ( 4) rooms. As far as the bedding / comforter sign it was simple-- please don't use as a blanket or sheet as they are costly to dry clean. We want our cottage to be cozy and clean for all our guests and provide extra blankets rather than the comforter. Your comment on old " rugs" I think you are referring to the old rags under the sink. The note states please use old rags under the sink if you need towels to work on your boat, fish cleaning, ect. As we have had people use our sink/bath towels before. The note is to let folks know they are provided and where they are located. Once again, had you contacted us immediately and not left a terrible review 2 months later we would have either tried to resolve your concerns or refunded you 100%. Michael and Neveda McClallen

We have been coming to lake Of The Ozarks for 28 years for recreation and relaxation with family and friends . We are from central IL. so this is a paradise to us! We love the lake life and all the friendly people at Sunrise Beach MO. twenty one years ago we decided to move our RV to Deer Valley Campground where we became friends with some of the best people. In 2013 we decided we would like to purchase a home for rental and personal use but it would need to be within the Deer Valley cove. After looking at many homes our dream came true in march of 2015. The best part was the home had separate living quarters that we can be able to share our home with special guest, we use the upstairs which leaves our guest with a cozy two bedroom cottage, large screened in porch, very large deck, and a 28' boat slip with attached swim platform.
