As the name suggests, THE LUXURY BEACH VILLA lies right on Via Aurelia Sud, just outside of Viareggio and in front of the pinewood facing the Darsena and Lecciona beaches. This cosy Italian Riviera hayloft villa strats as it means to go on with a bright facade that announces its playful character.

Once a fisherman’s house, was one of the first properties built here in the Marina in early 1900s. Renovated with bold statement interiors, 2 guests can be comfortably accommodated here in a master-crefully-designed bedroom. Each room offers truly carully designed interiors giving a truly indulgent feel, air conditioning, wifi and a grand 12 x 6 metres swimming pool shared with the owners – an horse veterinary and his wife and their 2 puppies- living in the main villa.

The ground floor living room, kitchen and dining areas continue the modern theme, with French doors open out onto the pool and private terrace which is furnished with dining table, chairs, a comfy swing sofa, a wood fired pizza oven and barbecue.

After a 10 mins bike ride to the sandy beach come back for a refreshing jump into your pool and enjoy a poolside aperitif before taking dinner at the marina or step into Forte dei Marmi or Viareggio to sample its many cafes, restaurants and bars: don’t miss fresh fish from the local market! Best of Mediterranean!



Check-in is between 3 pm and 8 pm. A late check-in is possible with an extra fee of Euro 50 up to 11 pm, plus Euro 25 per hour for each extra hour.

Wonderful 7 night stay

Me and my partner stayed for 7 nights and it was amazing! The villa is beautiful and the area is lovely. Claudia, who checked us in/out, was amazing, so friendly and had so many good tips for us and was always at the end of the phone if we needed anything. I'd highly recommend staying here, it's well worth the visit. Chloe & Rhys We couldn't think of a thing! Thank you for a brilliant stay!

The owners and their doggies were gorgeous and incredibly hospitable 👍 The property was immaculate 👍 The problem was the agency didn’t meet us on time she was an hour late, so we were confused where exactly to go? She was late today to collect keys so we had to leave without handing them over and left them with the delightful cleaning lady. It was described as facing the sea front but it was at least a 50 minute walk or 20 minute car drive. Having said that the rep for Lucca apartments was very good with guiding us around Florence and restaurants

Die Villa ist hervorragend, supersauber, gute Klimaanlage, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Wasser im Pool ist top. Alles sauber und gepflegt! Wir haben die Aussendusche genutzt. Bad in Villa ist hĂŒbsch aber klein. Unbedingt MĂŒckenschutz mitnehmen. Hervorragende UnterstĂŒtzung von Claudia (Agenturbetreuung). Bezahlvorgang ist zu kompliziert. Am einfachsten VISA-Zahlung. EigentĂŒmerfamilie ist absolut zurĂŒckhaltend und sehr angenehm. Wir hatten die gesamte Zeit den Pool fĂŒr uns alleine! Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Tolles Domizil - mit allem was man sich wĂŒnscht

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen - alles ist in einem sehr guten, gepflegten Zustand. Auch die Betten waren super. BĂ€ckerei / Metzgerei in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Der Pool ist wunderbar sauber und lĂ€dt direkt dazu ein , eine AbkĂŒhlung zu nehmen. Lediglich die Betreuung bei der SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe war etwas verplant. Das war schade , denn nach dem Anreisen möchte man doch zĂŒgig in die Unterkunft. Der Abreisevorgang konnten wir ohne persönlichen Kontakt dafĂŒr sehr flexibel gestalten und konnten so Wartezeiten vermeiden. Die Filterkaffeemaschine war etwas zu Mini fĂŒr uns - hier haben wir dann doch lieber die eigene benutzt. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt - wir kommen gerne wieder! Sehr nette Vermieter ĂŒbrigens !

Fantastisch onderkomen met zwembad

Heerlijke woning Wel een beetje afgelegen van het dorp. 1,5 km is wel te lopen maar naar het dorp zijn nagenoeg geen voetpaden. Je moet wel van een hard bed houden, het matras is erg hard.

Nice pool Villa

Very nice pool house, Very clean and well equipped. Beautiful pool and yard. The owner wass very friendly and helpful.. Beatrice made the check-in very smooth and provided helpful information about the surrounding Area. The place was a little out of the way, but worth it. I would recommend this one bedroom pool house if you are in the area.

Ruhig, nette Betreuung, grosser Pool, den ganzen Tag Sonne genießen, 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad am Meer, Haus, Einrichtung und Lage wunderschön VerlĂ€ngerungsnacht war im Vergleich zum Wochenpreis zu hoch. Musste ĂŒber das Portal bĂŒrokratisch gebucht werden. Handtuchwechsel 2x die Woche wĂ€re super.

I would happily come back here again.

We really enjoyed the cottage. It is cosily decorated and all the things you need for cooking are there. It is a nice area, with nice beaches (11min drive) and beautiful cities like Pisa and Lucca. We really enjoyed the pool, the spacious bedroom and the cosy living room. The bathroom is not that big, but the outside shower makes up for that. You can easily park your car next to the house. We were well received by the lady who takes care of the reception. And later we had a nice conversation with the owners who live in the house next door. Everyone could make themselves understood in English, which was easy.

wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum entspannen, fernab aller Hektik. Der Pool war perfekt fĂŒr dir warmen VerhĂ€ltnisse und die Besitzer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mit dem extra Steinoffen nicht vergessen eine eigene Pizza selber zu machen, wann bekommt man schon mal die Gelegenheit selber Pizzaiolo zu spielen? Ebenfalls einen recht herzlichen Dank an Beatrice fĂŒr die Betreuung und guten Infos. Wir können diesen Ort nur wĂ€rmstens weiterempfehlen.
