Bienvenue chez The Breakers! Que vos vacances commencent! RĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© en mai 2017 avec de nouveaux sols dans les deux chambres, toutes les piĂšces fraĂźchement peintes avec des couleurs apaisantes. MeublĂ© avec goĂ»t avec des touches de design. Ce condo en bord de mer NON FUMEUR, deux chambres, deux salles de bain, 1200 pieds carrĂ©s a un lit king-size dans la chambre principale, deux lits doubles dans la chambre d'hĂŽtes, et nous avons un canapĂ©-lit queen dans le salon. Chaque chambre dispose d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat. DĂ©tendez-vous devant la tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat de 50 pouces dans le salon ou regardez un film sur le lecteur DVD. Les deux salles de bains viennent d'ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©es. Chacun a une combinaison baignoire / douche avec des pommes de douche Ă  main et des tiges de douche incurvĂ©es. La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour cuisiner un repas gastronomique! Nous avons une laveuse / sĂ©cheuse pour votre commoditĂ©. Profitez de la vue imprenable depuis le salon, la cuisine et la chambre principale. Asseyez-vous sur le balcon avec votre cafĂ© du matin ou des boissons fraĂźches l'aprĂšs-midi. Regardez les bateaux passer ou essayez de compter les bancs de dauphins nageant juste au bord de l'eau. Vous pourriez occasionnellement surprendre les Blue Angels en train de zoomer sur leurs pistes d'entraĂźnement. Surplombant le golfe du Mexique, il n'y a rien entre vous et le sable blanc cassĂ©. La piscine est cĂŽtĂ© plage, l'endroit idĂ©al pour "prendre quelques rayons" tout en se relaxant sur les chaises longues.
EMPLACEMENT ! EMPLACEMENT ! EMPLACEMENT ! Nous sommes juste en face de trois supermarchés, d'une douzaine de bons restaurants ou plus, de plusieurs glaciers et d'un centre commercial haut de gamme. We had a great stay at the Breakers. The condo was spacious, well-stocked, and close to grocery store and eateries, but the best part was the view of the ocean and the short walk to the beach!

Orange Beach family vacay

Epic!! It’s the best location on the beach and in town. The condo is quiet and clean and communication with the hosts was minimal as everything was perfect!

Great views & location

The condo provides a great view of the ocean and is located around several shops/stores. Condo was clean and ready early so we were able to check in a few hour early after talking with the condo owner (really nice lady). Would recommend!

Easy access to the beach

We had such a great time! The condo had everything we needed and was right on the beach. Kim was extremely nice and helpful especially when it came to trying to find a late night pizza place that delivers!

Best beach vacation

We had a great time staying at Kim’s property! It was right on the beach and everyone we met staying at the same condo was so friendly! We brought our two daughters (aged 4 and 22 months) and they had the best time as well! We will definitely be back! :)

Great location no hassle check in. Clean comfortable beds. Shower could use improvement but they worked. Very nice place no crowds. Fastest elevator ever seen would definitely stay again

Amazing view!!

I cannot recommend this property enough! The view is incredible, the condo is nice and spacious, and it was so clean when we arrived. Check in was easy and the recommendations in the welcome information were all amazing as well. Great location as it is right by grocery stores, ice cream, activities and restaurants. We loved how the condo building wasn’t huge so we didn’t have long elevator wait times or a lot of chaos in the shared pool area. If we visit orange beach again, we will definitely stay here!

Great view to wake up to

Room was super clean. The area had alot to offer within walking distance and even other attractions were within ten minutes or so. Beach was clean and not over crowded (late June) Pool was a nice option to have. In person greeting which was a nice plus. Absolutely loved the view from the room!

Great Location

Very nice condo although a bit old. Great location - walkable to shops and restaurants. The owner mentioned in the check-in email that she would call if the unit was ready early and she did exactly that. We could have checked-in in the morning, but didn't get into town until 3:30 PM. No beach set-up included. 45. per day for umbrella and 2 chairs. Discounted for multiple days. Beautiful beach. Overall, enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach (our first time there)

Great view

The location was great. The beach access and view are fantastic. The downside was everything in the kitchen seemed to be very cheap. They only had two rolls of toilet paper. One roll of paper towels. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms. Minor issues, but for the price I shouldn’t have to go shopping for these items.

Stay at breakers

Condo was very nice and loved the view from balcony. There are a few things that need to be addressed. The light in refrigerator was out. The shower head in bathroom next to master and the tub faucet need to be replaced. There is a piece of metal sticking out on king bed at the foot that needs to be fixed. I tore one leg at checking and the other at checkout. But thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great unit and location. A minor piece of feedback is that the interior doorknob of the unit entry door was extremely loose/wobbly and felt like it would fall off at any moment. Also, there were a lot of scuffs and marks on the wall, baseboard and cabinet paint throughout, so maybe a refresh of paint throughout is due. It didn't impact our enjoyment of the unit, just constructive feedback.

Excellent location!

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay at the Breakers. It is located in an excellent location. The condo was very spacious, more so than others we have stayed in. I would recommend bringing a hair dryer, not one provided.

Great location, great view - nice condo

the Breakers is in a great location - the view from the balcony (and bedroom window) is great. The condo was nice, my only issue (which is NO BIG DEAL but want others to know...) there is no hairdryer in the unit so bring your own (we had to go buy one). The parking lot was not full, the elevator didn't take long (wasn't crowded) and there were no noisy neighbors. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!

Wonderful stay!

Booked stay for a few days away with my daughters. We had a wonderful stay. The condo decor is so cute and comfy and has very convenient beach access. The views are amazing. I love a small complex where the beach is not overcrowded and this one is perfect!

Being only 32 units in the building, you never feel crowded or wait on elevators. There is always plenty of room on the beach and at the pool.

Location !! Directly across the street from 3 grocery stores, at least a dozen restaurants, ice cream shops, upscale shopping, etc !!!
