Vous adorerez les vacances dans ce magnifique condo avec vue sur les magnifiques plages de sable blanc et les eaux turquoise du golfe! Le plancher bas vous donne une sensation de maison de plage privée ... mais toujours d'un niveau et très privé !!

Le salon et la chambre principale avec accès à la terrasse avant du golfe. Vous apprécierez les nombreux sièges dans le salon. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour préparer un merveilleux repas et dîner!

Chaque chambre a une baignoire. La chambre principale a un lit king size. La deuxième chambre dispose d'un lit superposé double avec lit gigogne double. La troisième chambre a une salle de bain privée lit queen et accès au balcon nord.

This is a fantastic 3 bedroom with 3 full bathroom condo located on the first floor of the Tidewater property. The condo is wonderfully decorated with comfortable Livingroom furniture, and comfortable beds in each of the bedrooms, Kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware, utensils, and glassware which allowed staying in and cooking several evenings during our stay. One of the best experiences I've had staying in Orange Beach in some times. I also must acknowledge AL Getaway Beach Vacation Rentals, who oversee the property. They are AWSOME! They were so responsive prior to our getaway, during our stay checking to make sure everything was going well during our stay and providing extension opportunities if we would be interested in extending our stay. Simply put, this was our best vacation to Orange Beach in many years and hope to rent again next year.

This beachfront condo is lovely and well equipped. Due to dietary restrictions, we cook a lot. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and serving items. Traveling between the beach and pool was easy. We would stay again.

The room was nice and spacious!! The oven wasn't working properly when we tried to use it. Had to have them come out and fix that. The last day had a water leak inside the condo and had to leave the air off for hours on a very hot day. They had to have equipment and fans in the condo drying out. The air conditioner leaked lots of water in main bathroom!!

This was a beautiful property on the beach with beautiful views. The property was all that was expected. The condo was very clean and spacious. Plenty of dishes and accessories in the kitchen. The balcony was very large with a great view. The pool area was nicely kept and very clean. The hot tub was smaller than expected but that was fine. The area is close to so many things. Thank you for a very lovely stay!!!

Love the Beach

This unit was well equipped and clean with a location perfect for our needs. The beach was not overly crowded and we met many nice people from our building. The pool was equipped with plenty of chairs and friendly for all ages, however the hot tub was very small. We all enjoyed our stay.

Fun in the Sun

My family and I visited Tidewater #109 for our summer vacation, and it was exactly as it appeared on the website. The accommodations were great meeting all of our needs and expectations. Access to the beach was easy. Children loved the pools. This facility is very family oriented, and we will definitely stay again in the future.

The pictures make it look a lot more glamorous than reality, but it is everything you need, it’s clean and smells nice. Beach access and pool were very good. Communication was excellent! Easy check in/out. Would recommend.

Condo was great. Only problems we had were the elevators going out. Pretty much only had one elevator operating the whole trip. Thank goodness we were on the first floor and could take the stairs.

I only had to problem with this place one was they had a broken screw on the top rail of the balcony and in the Second bedroom the bed was very uncomfortable and I wish they would have had a bigger roadside sign other then that it was an good I’d give it a 7 out of 10

Overall our stay was great. We did have a few issues. The bed in the middle bedroom is in really bad shape and bathroom did not have any hot water. The bedroom closest to the front door had missing slats on the blinds on the door to the balcony, the balcony did not have a chair and the TV did not work. The sliding glass door in the primary bedroom was very difficult to lock.

Not what I expected

From the moment we got off the elevator and walked toward the room I was observing the dated building. As soon as we opened the door to the room the smell was overwhelming. Very strong musty smell. If this was a hotel I would have asked for another room. The photos of the unit looked ready good online but in person it’s very dated. The windows/sliders in the primary & family room have are very old and hard to slide & need to be replaced. The seal is broken on both so hard to see clearly outside. Found a cockroach in the bathroom. Not all the TV’s work and tried to text stating that but no response. A fresh coat of paint would really help. The air fresheners we purchased helped the odor… this is not a place I would recommend or stay in again.
