Amna Olive is a sleek modern 225m2 bungalow with 4 en-suite bedrooms accommodating 10 guests in its specialty comfort mattress beds. The villa offers heated: floors, pool & terraces. The villa amenities are: full outdoor bbq/kitchen area, hot tub, table tennis, herb & fruit garden. The villa overlooks a valley as well as has a sea view. It is located in a secluded area of Amnatos village with a 9km drive to the Pigianos Kampos beach.
Layout
From the entrance the villa is an open concept of living room, dining and kitchen areas. The living room area includes a wide large sectional corner sofa with a 55 Smart TV with Netflix. The villa has a central air system, and can be individually controlled from the room as well as the villa has a calcium filter making conscious decisions for its guests.
The kitchen includes high quality full size appliances, as well as all the basic necessities for a meal prep during stay. The kitchen island, with breakfast bar and high backed stools suitable for 6 guests. Large patio doors merge the kitchen area onto the terrace where all outdoor amenities are found.

Additionally in the master bathroom there is a fully private outdoor shower. The master suite includes patio doors and terrace furniture which connect to the outdoor common area.

**Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the "Climate Crisis Resilience Charge", requiring a fee of EUR10 per night from March to October and EUR4 per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.
