The property grounds are enclosed in a solid high fence allowing for full privacy during stay. The sleek entrance of each villa opens up to kitchen, dining & living room areas. Contemporary euro design kitchen with full size appliances, wine fridge and includes all the necessary kitchenware essentials for at home dining experience. The kitchen island consists of the breakfast bar and the dining table. The living room includes pillow back sofas, 65 HDTV w sound system & Netflix, Alexa VA activated bluetooth speaker, and a common area washroom. Separate enclosed patio with patio furniture. The living area connects with the outdoors through large panel floor to ceiling sliding doors which lead to the furnished outdoor pool & BBQ areas.

Physis Villas are approved by the Greek Tourism Organization & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".


**Starting 01/01/2024, a new tax "Climate Crisis Resilience Charge" was introduced, requiring a fee of EUR1,50/night from March to October and EUR0,50/night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival.
