Westholme at Sugar Hill, is the most charming 3 bedroom villa, a perfect holiday vacation house. It is located in the parish of St James on the popular and much sought after west coast of Barbados. The Sugar Hill Resort is one of the island’s finest residential developments in Barbados, beautifully maintained, with well tended gardens and landscaping. There is 24/7 security, and a very helpful team at the reception desk of the club house. The development is safe and secure and the epitome of elegant colonial style. Within Sugar Hill you will find four floodlit tennis courts (coaching is available by arrangement), two brand new panel courts (small fee applicable), a fitness centre, restaurant and the club house. There are two fantastic pools, one with a breathtaking infinity edge overlooking the west coast and another, free-form pool, with waterfalls and a children’s shallow paddling area.

Westholme has three bedrooms, all en-suite. Two bedrooms are in the main house and the third bedroom is in a self contained cottage just a few steps away. All bedrooms have air conditioning as well as ceiling fans. The bed linen and towels are all included and of excellent quality. From the main house bedrooms there are private and secluded paths to the plunge pool and gardens

The villa is beautifully decorated and the furniture and furnishings have been chosen with care. There is everything you need for a relaxing Barbados holiday.

The kitchen is fully fitted and well stocked with equipment. It has granite worktops, cooker, fridge freezer, and plenty of tableware, pots and pans and utensils, all you need for your home cooking and dining.

The comfortable living area has plenty of seating and a TV. The large balcony is a favourite place to relax at all times of the day and night. Fabulous sea views can be enjoyed in each direction and the sunsets are magnificent.

The property has wi-fi internet access so you can keep in touch while you are away. There is cable TV and a telephone – local calls are free.

The garden outside is magical, lovingly tended with a wonderful array of tropical flowers and trees. By day it’s a treat and when lit up at night it’s even more so. The secluded private pool is just perfect for a cooling dip in this lush Caribbean haven.

If booking for up to 4 people this will only include the main house. However if you are looking at bookings for more than 4 people the cottage will be included.

I have a housekeeper who comes in once a week to look after my guests.

You are just a five minute easy drive from Holetown, where you’ll find a host of restaurants from world class fine dining to tasty street food. There are supermarkets, banks, 24/7 medical centre, duty free outlets, even a cinema. If you need some retail therapy, there are ample opportunities for shopping and duty free purchases.
