Communication was easy, booking was exactly as expected! A few small issues that I reached out about after our stay and owners were apologetic and hoping to fix those issues quickly! The issues didn’t affect our stay. We would definitely stay again!

We loved the condo, it is adorable! Location is fabulous! Off the street parking is an amazing selling point! Needed, and appreciated! The amenities are welcoming. These details make life so much easier knowing our hosts have taken care of everything. The nightlight in the bathroom for example, is a touch which we were pleasantly surprised with. Highly recommended! Thank you for everything.

Perfect South Mission Studio

This recently remodeled studio was clean and comfortable. The ideal location for access to quiet beaches on either the bayside or Oceanside. The ideal visitor is either a couple or an individual who loves beach life and really just needs a comfortable place to crash each night and hang out for a few home cooked meals between excursions throughout the day. There’s a lot to do in Mission and all up the coast from here. Another good feature is that this place is far removed from the loud and crowded masses that hit the beach up nearer to Belmont. They don’t generally come this far south.The host is great and communicated effectively prior to and during our stay.We will stay here again next summer!

The property was very clean and cozy. It was stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated the sunscreen, shower toiletries, beach bag, chairs, basketball and smash ball set. It is just how it looks in the photos. Loved how close it was to the beach for the price, which is why we picked it! It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There is a market and liquor store nearby. The hosts are easy to communicate with and responsive. We would definitely stay there again. Note that the refundable deposit posts right after you confirm your reservation, and it takes awhile for it to be refunded. I understand the need for it, but it is a bummer to get charged interest before it gets refunded.

It’s a studio!

The location is excellent and the neighborhood is great. The condo is only as good as your neighbors. The majority of the time they were great except the one night they came home at 2:30 and kept us up until 4 AM. Problem- it’s a studio apartment and not a one bedroom that we thought we had booked. I also had been in touch with the owner about the hot tub that was supposed to be there, but wasn’t. Not sure what happened there. The hot water was nonexistent as well.

First solo trip stay was excellent!

This was my first time traveling and lodging alone, and I picked a perfect place! I was nervous about staying alone initially, and brought a portable lock, but I didn't end up using it as there were two locks on the door and it felt very secure! The blinds are a bit finicky but overall, it's such a lovely place for a solo traveler or couple. Such a great property with everything I needed for my long weekend away from home. I didn't rent a car and really wanted the full experience of walking around and feeling immersed. So many great places to eat and coffee shops in South Mission. The boardwalk was only a bit farther and has a ton do see and do! Not too far from the nearest bus stop either. Got to enjoy the water and peacefulness after a busy day out. Would definitely come back here.

Good Location but Hot Water is Not the Best

This may be a great place to stay in the summer months but when the weather is a bit cooler in fall/winter do not expect a lot of hot water in shower or kitchen. Water pressure was also very limited. Also, the freezer could not be used as drawers were broke. However, the place was clean and quaint. TV channel availability and use is very limited but who is in SD to watch TV? Given the above negatives we still recommend based on beach location, cleanliness and price.

Great location, cozy and clean space

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was cozy and clean. It had all the amenities we needed. Close to the beach for evening walks and we found it to be close to all of the tourist sites we were visiting. Unfortunately our parking stall was really tight and the selection of of tv channels was not great. In the grand scheme of things, these were minor issues.

Perfect spot in a quiet beach neighborhood

We stayed here for a long wedding for a friend’s wedding. It was the perfect spot to come back to after busy days of exploring San Diego. Just steps from the beach and cute breakfast and lunch spots.

Mission beach

Very nice experience. The wifi did not work most of our stay, but the host was very good about communicating with us to find a resolution. Overall very happy with our first air B&B experience.

Nice Beach Get Away

Host responsive to communication. Nice to have parking spot. You can walk easily to the south Mission Beach or to the bay side. We watched the Sea World fireworks from the bay a couple nights. Pizza, tacos, and coffee with-in walking distance. It was me and my young adult daughter. We felt save walking and staying in this area. Would go back if we can some time.

Great stay!

The property was perfect for just the two of us. The owners were so nice letting us know it was ready if we wanted to check in early. The property is located further down Mission Blvd and surrounded by lots of owner occupied houses so very quiet at night (no party crowd lol).

This newly constructed building ( 2011) is a small complex of 8 luxury studio condos. Nothing in the Mission Beach area compares.
Beautiful details include travertine or hardwood floors, travertine bathroom, granite countertops. Each one is custom designed and tastefully decorated differently. Rent one unit, or if you have extended family, rent a few. Each one is fully stocked kitchen and business travel ready. ( iron, iron board, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, lint brush)
You will love your vacation home!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Unit #5 has a balcony that overlooks the SD river channel and you can see the blue water from the bed, view it from the balcony, or kitchen window.
The building also has a coin laundry convienently located downstairs. (There are NO neighborhood laundrymats)
