Beach Studio w / Boardwalk Patio Access - juillet, août disponibilité

La famille Candelore est heureuse d'offrir un studio avec privilĂšges Boardwalk Patio. Le studio dispose d'un coin cuisine complet avec table et chaises. La salle de bain a une combinaison douche / baignoire. Notez que l'appartement n'est pas directement sur la plage et n'a pas de vue directe sur l'ocĂ©an. Avec la porte d'entrĂ©e ouverte, la vue sur la promenade est oblique et la fenĂȘtre latĂ©rale principale du salon offre une vue Ă©loignĂ©e sur l'ocĂ©an. Le patio commun est sur la promenade, mais pas l'unitĂ© elle-mĂȘme. L'unitĂ© est Ă  l'Ă©tage vers l'arriĂšre de la propriĂ©tĂ©. L'Ă©tage est clair et lumineux et les stores peuvent ĂȘtre laissĂ©s ouverts car il est difficile pour les gens de voir Ă  l'intĂ©rieur.

VEUILLEZ LIRE ET ACCEPTER AVANT DE DEMANDER: L'unitĂ© convient Ă  2 adultes (un couple Ă©ventuellement avec un nourrisson ou un petit enfant - 5 ans ou moins). Il n'y a pas d'accĂšs au patio pour les non-clients. En raison de la petite zone commune du patio disponible pour le studio, personne ne peut ĂȘtre invitĂ© Ă  venir sur le patio.

Appartement studio Mission Beach. Cette unitĂ© peut ĂȘtre louĂ©e en conjonction avec une maison de plage en bord de mer. Voir la liste VRBO 455128.

Il y a un barbecue qui peut ĂȘtre utilisĂ© avec l'unitĂ© qui est situĂ©e dans la cour commune.

Yes...the stay was pleasant...despite weather and holiday...there was plenty to do...unit was as described...surprisingly fairly quiet for being near an alley. Ocean sounds were amazing to listen to at night..stayed warm throughout the stay.

Brant was very easy to get a hold of when we had questions and was a super host! The property was stocked with everything that we needed and much more. There’s a lot of thought that goes into the property setup for the guests that we appreciated such as the small vacuum and broom for our use and small buckets of water at each entry to help keep the sand out the rooms! The room was very cozy, the patio was amazing and the fire pit was perfect for the chilly nights. The location is fantastic, everything needed such as restaurants and grocery stores are near by and the ocean views are phenomenal!

Beach night getaway

This little place was the perfect little getaway. Super clean and very comfortable. Loved how close it was to the beach and good food. Our only regret na that we weren’t there longer. Loved our stay.

The studio has only recently become available.

The house and 3 studio units were built by my grandfather and has been in the family for over 70 years - 3 generations! We are looking to maintain the house as family friendly vacation rental with repeat guests. Many have spoken to and delt with Mildred over the years. Now, Brant is helping with the management.

We speak French and Spanish with some fluency. International guests are welcome.

We have enjoyed spending family time here over the years. We hope that you will have many memorable times here as well! Mission Beach has the most accessible and best beach in all of San Diego. It is 4 1/2 miles long! There is an ocean as well as bay side. The boardwalk is terrific for walking, skating or biking. Did you know that surf fishing is pretty good right out-front of the house?

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

PATIO: Guests can enjoy sitting on a patio that fronts to the boardwalk and ocean. We offer a gas firepit that guest may enjoy. Many rental units in the price range do not have this!

PARKING: Since the property is at El Carmel, it is strategically located to take advantage of on and off-street parking. El Carmel point offers extra off-street parking where cars may be parked overnight. The studio has 1 off-street parking for a smaller vehicle right off the alley. Please see parking picture. We are centrally located - walking distance to Belmont Amusement Park (to the South) and Crystal Pier (to the North).

VIEWS FROM STUDIO: The unit has 5 windows - one in the bathroom, 2 in the kitchen, and 2 in the main living area. The bathroom window and one of the kitchen windows faces to the rear (toward Mission Bay) and does not really offer any type of water view, but they higher up and overlook the community. The ocean views from the living area side window and the kitchen side window are more distant. The main living area window towards the ocean looks over the courtyard and the roof of the front house. With the door open, there is a more distant side view to ocean. As the unit is upstairs ... you may open the blinds and no one can see in. With the windows open, there are nice cross breezes.
