Beach Studio w / Boardwalk Patio Access - juillet, août disponibilité

La famille Candelore est heureuse d'offrir un studio avec privilèges Boardwalk Patio. Le studio dispose d'un coin cuisine complet avec table et chaises. La salle de bain a une combinaison douche / baignoire. Notez que l'appartement n'est pas directement sur la plage et n'a pas de vue directe sur l'océan. Avec la porte d'entrée ouverte, la vue sur la promenade est oblique et la fenêtre latérale principale du salon offre une vue éloignée sur l'océan. Le patio commun est sur la promenade, mais pas l'unité elle-même. L'unité est à l'étage vers l'arrière de la propriété. L'étage est clair et lumineux et les stores peuvent être laissés ouverts car il est difficile pour les gens de voir à l'intérieur.

VEUILLEZ LIRE ET ACCEPTER AVANT DE DEMANDER: L'unité convient à 2 adultes (un couple éventuellement avec un nourrisson ou un petit enfant - 5 ans ou moins). Il n'y a pas d'accès au patio pour les non-clients. En raison de la petite zone commune du patio disponible pour le studio, personne ne peut être invité à venir sur le patio.

Appartement studio Mission Beach. Cette unité peut être louée en conjonction avec une maison de plage en bord de mer. Voir la liste VRBO 455128.

Il y a un barbecue qui peut être utilisé avec l'unité qui est située dans la cour commune.

Yes...the stay was pleasant...despite weather and holiday...there was plenty to do...unit was as described...surprisingly fairly quiet for being near an alley. Ocean sounds were amazing to listen to at night..stayed warm throughout the stay.

This is a unit upstairs with a blocked view of the ocean. After initial disappointment I realized I prefered this. I sleep with windows open don't like the idea of people looking in, so this was ideal. It's such a beautiful beach I would never sit in studio looking out at ocean, unlike the Oregon coast brrrrrr. The unit is old but very clean. Bed was ok. I thought it was good value for price.

I very much enjoyed staying in the cozy studio. I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The front patio is wonderful in the afternoon sun. My non-techy self couldn’t figure out the TV, but with the internet, I could watch what I wanted on my IPad. I was a bit disconcerted to find the bathroom window completely uncovered. Looked like it had blinds once, but they had been taken down. Don’t think anyone could actually see in,but I would have liked at least a curtain. I still loved the unit. Hope to come back with my husband sometime.

Can’t ask for a better spot for 1 or 2 people that just want to be close to the beach. Host was very accommodating and checkin was zero effort. Would definitely stay here again.

The studio has only recently become available.

The house and 3 studio units were built by my grandfather and has been in the family for over 70 years - 3 generations! We are looking to maintain the house as family friendly vacation rental with repeat guests. Many have spoken to and delt with Mildred over the years. Now, Brant is helping with the management.

We speak French and Spanish with some fluency. International guests are welcome.

We have enjoyed spending family time here over the years. We hope that you will have many memorable times here as well! Mission Beach has the most accessible and best beach in all of San Diego. It is 4 1/2 miles long! There is an ocean as well as bay side. The boardwalk is terrific for walking, skating or biking. Did you know that surf fishing is pretty good right out-front of the house?

PATIO: Guests can enjoy sitting on a patio that fronts to the boardwalk and ocean. We offer a gas firepit that guest may enjoy. Many rental units in the price range do not have this!

PARKING: Since the property is at El Carmel, it is strategically located to take advantage of on and off-street parking. El Carmel point offers extra off-street parking where cars may be parked overnight. The studio has 1 off-street parking for a smaller vehicle right off the alley. Please see parking picture. We are centrally located - walking distance to Belmont Amusement Park (to the South) and Crystal Pier (to the North).

VIEWS FROM STUDIO: The unit has 5 windows - one in the bathroom, 2 in the kitchen, and 2 in the main living area. The bathroom window and one of the kitchen windows faces to the rear (toward Mission Bay) and does not really offer any type of water view, but they higher up and overlook the community. The ocean views from the living area side window and the kitchen side window are more distant. The main living area window towards the ocean looks over the courtyard and the roof of the front house. With the door open, there is a more distant side view to ocean. As the unit is upstairs ... you may open the blinds and no one can see in. With the windows open, there are nice cross breezes.
