The location is the key point in this apartment. It is conveniently located across the street from the Plaza Catalunya, the most important Plaza in Barcelona and Las Ramblas that go all the way to the sea port and around the corner you have the Passeig de Gracia where all the biggest names in fashion are located. The two Antoni Gaudi buildings are just down the street in the Passeig de Gracia. You can also take the Barcelona bus tour right on the Plaza. Finding places to eat in this area is super simple.

The apartment is fully equipped, modern and stylish. The living room and main bedroom are full of light from the windows facing the Plaza Catalunya. The greatest part about the apartment is that it has two bathrooms, the master bathroom has a shower/bathtub and the guest bathroom has a shower.

- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.05€ per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 300€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.

To arrive to the property, the easiest way is catching a taxi to the airport. It should cost

somewhere around 45 euros for up to 4 guests. Bigger taxis a bit more.
