Appartement confortable et fonctionnel sur la Plaza España

Appartement de deux chambres et deux salles de bains situé à quelques pâtés de maisons de la Place d'Espagne, près du Vieux Quartier et du port de Barcelone. Tout près de l'appartement, vous trouverez la Fontaine Magique de Montjuïc et le Musée National d'Art de Catalogne. Le centre commercial Les Arenes se trouve à quelques mètres de l'appartement où vous trouverez plus de 100 magasins, un cinéma et de nombreuses options gastronomiques.



Dispose d'un climatiseur, d'un coffre-fort et d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite.



Le bâtiment est entièrement rénové avec un style moderne, tout en conservant les plafonds en voûte catalane et traditionnels.



Le salon-salle à manger dispose d'un canapé-lit pour un invité supplémentaire, d'une télévision à écran plat, d'une table de salle à manger avec des chaises et d'un accès à un petit balcon.



La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec une plaque vitrocéramique, un four, un grille-pain, une cafetière, une bouilloire électrique pour le thé, un lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge.



Notre Réception se trouve au numéro 1 du Passatge Sert, où vous devez récupérer votre clé entre 9h00 et 20h00 du lundi au vendredi (sauf jours fériés de lundi à vendredi). Si votre arrivée est le samedi ou le dimanche (ou un jour férié en semaine), la récupération des clés se fait au 228 rue Aribau. Les horaires d'ouverture sont de 09h00 à 20h00. Check-in automatique avec le téléphone mobile à partir de 15h00.



Veuillez noter que si vous arrivez après 21h00 et que vous n'avez pas effectué le processus d'auto check-in, des frais de check-in tardif de 30€ seront appliqués. Une personne de notre personnel vous attendra dans l'appartement.



Des serviettes et des draps sont fournis pour le séjour.

Great stay overall. The unit was fresh and clean. It came stocked with fresh towels. The main bedroom AC did not cool very well and I mentioned it to the owner. The bedrooms were comfortable but small. There wasn’t really anywhere to physically put our large suitcases. So we had to just leave them on the floor the whole time. The electronic door lock worked well. I wish the owner had a luggage locker/ closet offered for when we arrive earlier than the room is ready.

Amazing property in great location!!

This stay exceeded my expectations. With a perfect location in the city of Barcelona and a clean, spacious home, this Vrbo was perfect for my short girls trip with my best friend. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to explore the city in a comfortable, clean, well organized stay.

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 children - ages 10 and 17) thoroughly enjoyed our recent Barcelona stay in this beautiful apartment. The location was very convenient to Montjuic and Barceloneta activities, Las Arenas shopping and cafes, and Poble Sec metro. For us, the condo earned 10 out of 10 stars for cleanliness, decor, and traveler safety. If you are seeking an apartment for more space than a hotel and features like a beautiful kitchen; modern bathrooms; and balcony view, look no further - this is the place to stay! (PS: We also recommend the small cafe right next door for their warm hospitality shortly after our initial long flight.) Thank you for the wonderful visit - we miss our Barcelona apartment already!

Perfect Family Stay

My partner and I brought my grandparents to Barcelona for their first trip out of the states and this was the perfect location. Great size and views, comfortable and well designed interior, and conveniently located public transit for easily getting around the city. If you’re looking for something with more room to play games, relax, cook, and drink a glass of orange juice, avoid the hotels and stay here!

Close to metros and restaurants

The property owner was very responsive during the check in process. The apartment was clean. It is located near two metro stations and many restaurants. The street was quite busy and noisy at times. However, overall a good stay. We would consider staying there again should we visit Barcelona again.

Nice Apartment in Sant Antoni

The apartment was in a great location on the border of Sant Antoni and Poble Sec. There is an elevator, making this an ideal location for anyone who dislikes stairs. Clean and well furnished. While our flight arrived early morning and we could not access the apartment until late afternoon the management company allowed us to store our luggage at their office. This allowed us time to explore without schlepping heavy bags around. Would def stay here again if available.

Great Location and Beautiful Apartment

This apartment was great, an easy walk to many attractions and other neighborhoods, but also right of the subway line so it was easy to get around. The space was very clean and ready when we arrived. The hosts were generally quick to respond to things when we needed assistance. We had some trouble getting extra bedding and towels which was frustrating, but that was about the only hurdle. Otherwise it was a great place to stay and we would highly recommend staying there when in Barcelona!

Our Barcelona apartment

Highly recommend this beautiful, clean and functional apartment in Plaza España, location is the best, 5 to 10 minutes Taxi ride to all the touristic attractions, streets and shopping malls, safe, residential neighborhood, nice restaurants and markets nearby. It makes a huge difference when you stay at the right place, specially when traveling with kids. The apartment is clean, modern, comfortable and fully functional. communication with Ola living was very smooth, they are responsive, helpful and reliable. I'll be staying at the same apartment if they have availability in the summertime for sure.

Decent apartment in Lisbon

The apartment was clean and comfortable for 3 people. Location is about 20 minute walk from Gothic quarter. Reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that there wasn't any toilet paper in one of the bathrooms. I let host know when we checked in but took 2 days to get a roll. Also, they didn't provide any coffee pods for coffee maker. All other places at least provided a couple to start with. The view off back patio from our second floor apartment was a wall, something they didn't show in the pictures.

Nice location, but some issues

The flat is conveniently located and generally appears as in the photos. Unfortunately on our second day we discovered bugs inside one of the pillows that we had been using. This was very gross and shocking. We sent Photos go th host but they did not initially reply at all. When we followed up again the next day they only offered for housekeeping to give a New pillow, with no acknowledgement of how awful the issue was. We already had other pillows, but it was hard to be comfortable resting in the bed after finding the bugs. On another occasion the power went out and when we messaged the host for help they didn’t to respond timely.

Nice location

Really nice and clean appartement, grocery stores, fruit and vegetables, Little café near by. Métro near. Nice little bar with friendly staff! Really nice location! We adore that place. We just had problems with cell mobile key but plastic keys was available
