WePuglia-Dimora Di Mare, luxury house with priv. terrace & heated mini-pool

Dimora Di Mare is an exclusive recently renovated stone and tuff house, overlooking the central square of the downtown of Polignano a Mare, in pedestrian area. The house can comfortably accommodate 4 people, and is equipped with 2 double bedrooms with private bathrooms, a kitchen with dining table, and a large private panoramic terrace with a heated mini-pool with hydromassage and chromotherapy, solarium area, table and outdoor living room. In the house there is Wi-Fi internet with fiber and air conditioning in every room.



Dimora Di Mare is accessed from a quaint alley adjacent to the central square of the downtown of Polignano a Mare, which the terrace of the house overlooks. A stone staircase leads to the first floor of the building where there is a small entrance and the 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, minibar, safe, desk, air conditioning and bathroom with shower. From the entrance it is possible to reach the second floor by a stone staircase. On this floor there is a kitchen equipped with sink, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, electric kettle, dining table with chairs and air conditioning. On this flooe there is also a toilet with washing machine.



A stone staircase leads to the large private panoramic terrace, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking scenery with the characteristic Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, the downtown of Polignano a Mare and the nearby sea. On the terrace there is a comfortable heated mini-pool equipped with hydromassage and chromotherapy, a solarium area with sun loungers, a sitting area and a table with outdoor chairs.



At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.



Check-In: 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 200€
