L'appartement est idéal pour ceux qui veulent passer des vacances à la plage sans sacrifier le confort. Située à deux pas de la promenade de Polignano a mare, de l'ancien village et du centre, la maison est nouvellement construite et meublée, de haute qualité, donc adaptée aux clients qui font attention aux détails.

Situé au premier étage, il se compose d'un grand séjour avec balcon donnant sur la mer, d'une cuisine équipée avec four, réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle et maçonnerie fracassé pour griller; une salle de bain de service avec douche et machine à laver; une chambre double avec balcon (avec possibilité d'ajouter un lit bébé), une chambre twin / double avec balcon (triple usage avec l'ajout d'un lit), une salle de bains avec douche et un placard. Toutes les chambres sont climatisées.

Il y a aussi la possibilité de nettoyage en milieu de semaine, location de vélos, pour les amoureux de la campagne excursion à travers les oliveraies et bien plus encore.

Property built and furnished to a high standard. The only disappointment was the second bedroom which had two single beds rather than a double as implied in the listing. Lovely terrace with sea view. Conveniently situated just a short walk from the town centre. Would stay again.

Great hosts very helpful and so kind

Apt super! Pictures on the site refelct exactly the inside and as for the view on the sea even better! Great location, good parking facilities. Only issue are the dogs on both sides of the apt, barking daytime way too much...! Aside perfect place to stay! Do recommend

Awesome

This property was a beautiful find for us. A ten minute walk to City center for all of the restaurants, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and solitude of a glass of wine on the balcony. I would highly recommend to anyone. The property is well furnished. We lacked nothing during our week.

Super apartment in fantastic location

Comfortable, well equipped, quiet, spotless and smart apartment - everything you need for a great holiday in gorgeous Polignano A Mare. Facing the beautiful sea with picture windows and large balcony. Good sized rooms. A very pleasant 5 minutes walk to the old town. Great supermarket a few minutes away. Very close to motorway for sightseeing further afield. Firm bed, walk in wardrobes, nice clean linen. Smart TV is networked to internet so mirror screening your apps on smart phone may be possible. Good contact with very nice owners.

The description was misleading.

The unit had 2 bathrooms- not 4 as specified. Also the grill in the kitchen was not useable. There was not a coffee machine supplied. The property is not newly renovated and could use some updating. The beds were very uncomfortable and one squeaked with every movement. The hosts were very kind and the location was wonderful. The view amazing. Easy to walk everywhere ( train, shops, etc) loved our stay in this darling town. Just felt a bit disappointed that the description of the property was misleading.

A really lovely apartment

We stayed here in late October and had a lovely time. The apartment felt big, modern and it was very well equipped with everything we needed. It was very close to a discount supermarket so it was easy to stock up on everything that we needed for our stay without needing to jump in a car. There was air conditioning/heating in every room although we never needed to use either in late October. Parking was on street and was plentiful, certainly in October anyway. The town center of Polignano was a 5-10min walk and was a delight with most of the restaurants still open in October, and great to either just wander around or just sit and have a relaxing coffee. Communication with the owner was excellent and always very quick. Some of the surrounding towns felt like they had very much closed for the winter but Polignano was the exception to this and I was delighted that we chose to stop here. If I was coming back to Polignano again I would book this apartment again in a heatbeat, it was perfect for us.

Nous avons loué une semaine en juillet , trÚs bon accueil, appartement trÚs propre et grand, la climatisation a été appréciée. Il est juste un peu dommage de ne pas avoir une grande table sur le superbe et grand balcon pour pouvoir y déjeuner à 4 et la vaisselle est également un peu modeste. Le sourire de Daniela et la beauté de la région fait vite oublier les tous petits défauts.. Evelyne P

Beautiful clean property with a wonderful seaview. It is within walking distance from the historical center where there are several good restaurants and shops. The is a supermarket only a 10 minute walk away. Host was prompt and helpful.

Meerblick, viel Platz und super sauber

Wunderbare Unterkunft fĂŒr einen Apulien-Strandurlaub - nicht mitten im Trubel Polignanos aber trotzdem ist man zu Fuß gleich im Zentrum. Auch einen tollen Strand gibt es in fußlĂ€ufigem Abstand. Die Wohnung ist sauber, schön eingerichtet, hell und mit Blick aufs Meer. Alles was man so braucht, ist vorhanden und die Kommunikation verlief absolut reibungslos. Klare Empfehlung!

Amazing place to stay!

This apartment is absolutely beautiful and totally immaculate. The view from the deck to the sea is stunning. We walked everywhere in this pretty little town and loved every minute if our 5 nights there. The host was very quick to respond to any queries. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!! ❀

Great apartment

Beautiful modern apartment with a wonderful view of the sea. We rented for 7 nights and were very pleased with our accommodations. The home is spacious with a well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, large frig, and all necessary pots/pans. It was quite warm and the 3 a/c’s in the unit worked very well. There’s a grocery store less than 2 blocks away ( m&d) which is conveniently located and has everything you would need. They do not have a specific parking area but we never had an issue finding a spot. The neighborhood is quite and peaceful. Short walk to town center where you will find some fabulous restaurants and cafes. We also walked to the train station which was a bit further ( about 15 minutes). We choose Polignano as our base to tour Puglia and often times choose to travel by train rather than drive. Sandra and Raffaelle were very kind and always available to answer questions. Thank you for the wonderful week and we will be sure to return to this beautiful comfortable apartment.

Lovely week in a great apartment

We had a fantastic week the apartment is very comfortable and spacious in a great location. The pictures do not do the apartment justice. The communication was excellent and we had everything we needed. The apartment is located within a short distance to the town however we preferred eating at the local restaurants which were quieter. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Ottima location, appartamento spazioso e corrispondente alla descrizione, a 10 minuti a piedi dal mare e dal centro storico di Polignano. Ottimo se in compagnia di tante persone e per famiglie numerose. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, discreti e molto disponibili. In generale, ottimo!!

Alles wunderbar!

Herrlich ruhige, sehr gerĂ€umige Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Übernahme der Wohnung war perfekt mit viel Hilfe des Vermieters. GroßzĂŒgige Ausstattung. Zauberhafte Altstadt, fusslĂ€ufig am Meer entlang mit unzĂ€hligen Cafes und Restaurants.

We had a wonderful week at this beautifully furnished apartment in Polignano. Raffaele and everyone could not have been more friendly & helpful. Polignano is lovely - small enough for my 80 yr old mother to stroll around but with many interesting spots and good food for us all...the Thursday market was excellent and taking a train into Monopoli is highly recommended. As was sitting in our lounge looking out across the bay (even in an April shower!).

MIet-Empfehlung

Die komfortabel und wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Man fĂŒhlt sich wie in einer luxuriösen Privatwohnung mit viel Platz zum Leben und zum Verstauen der mitgebrachten Dinge. Wir haben uns in ihr sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Vom Balkon der Wohnung aus kann man das Meer sehen. Nur schön!! - Einziger Kritikpunkt: das dĂŒnne Besteck, das beim Aufnehmen des Essens gerne ausweicht... Nach nur ein paar Gehminuten am Meer entlang erreicht man das lebendige Zentrum von Polignano a mare. Polignano eignet sich auch sehr gut als Standort fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in die nĂ€here und weitere Umgebung. Herzlichen Dank an Signora Sandra, die uns so herzlich empfangen hat. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen!
