Our apartment has been fully renovated with high quality materials, electric appliances and furniture. It has been carefully decorated in a nordic and minimalist style that will help you switch off, relax and enjoy your holidays.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and the second one with a double bunk. Both are very comfortable. It has an open living and kitchen area with a sofa bed for 1 or 2 persons and access to the nice terrace.

Here you can have breakfast or a glass of wine while enjoying amazing sea views and a quiet environment.

It is located in the best private residential estate of Gran Alacant with a swimming pool for children and adults and large green areas. It is only 150m from the main street Avenida del Mediterráneo where you can find nice cafés and restaurants, a supermarket and 24 hour store, banks, etc.

Guest Access:
The residential estate has a nice swimming pool for children and adults and large green areas. There are plenty of parking possibilities in front of the bungalow (outside the residential estate). There is free wi-fi available, but don't forget you are here on holidays!

Gran Alacant is a very quiet residential area with a full range of services such as banks, supermarkets and nice cafés, bars and restaurants where you can relax, have some beers and try delicious paella. The apartment is located in one of the few private real estates in the area with green areas and sea views.

Getting Around:
The bungalow is located in a privileged area only 800m from the wonderful beach El Carabassi and it is also close to other points of interest such as Santa Pola (5km), Alicante (15km) and Elche (25km).

The Alicante Airport is just 9km from the apartment.
