Appartement neuf confortable (lumineux et frais, 50m2) pour 2-4 personnes dans le centre d'El Campello, situé dans un grand quartier calme et propre, à côté du parc, à seulement quelques pas de la belle plage de sable fin (5 minutes à pied ).
Parfait pour les couples, les familles et les petits excursionnistes.
Entièrement équipé et meublé. Doté de la climatisation, de la ventilation et d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Premier étage, 2 ascenseurs, zone silencieuse et respectueuse. Lotissement sûr - une porte clé.
Le salon ouvert combiné avec la cuisine et la salle à manger, est équipé d'un canapé-lit (grand format, 140x200) et d'une toute nouvelle télévision à écran plat (55 ').
La chambre se compose d'un grand lit double (160x200) et d'une grande armoire. Il a équipé des stores occultants.
Convient pour 4 personnes cuisine a lave-vaisselle, four, plaques électriques, lave-linge, grille-pain, cafétéria et table à manger.
Dans la salle de bain, vous trouverez douche / wc ainsi que sèche-cheveux et fer / planche.
L'endroit le plus merveilleux de l'appartement est une grande terrasse / balcon (12m2) donnant sur le parc et les palmiers avec table à manger supplémentaire pour 4 personnes et chaise pour bronzer. L'endroit idéal pour se retrouver autour d'une tasse de café.
Promenez-vous le long de la promenade de 2 km d'El Campello - au cœur de la Costa Blanca, où il y a de nombreux restaurants, bars, boutiques et charmant port de plaisance à la fin de la promenade.
Activités et attraits:
• piscine avec bain de soleil sur place,
• zone de détente à côté de la piscine avec club social,
• espace enfants - petite aire de jeux à côté de la piscine (une partie de la piscine est réservée aux petits enfants),
• parc avec grande zone pour enfants et bar dans le parc,

Excellent apartment close to bars restaurants and shops. Close to the tram and only five minutes to the beachfront. This is the second time we have stayed here and it did not disappoint. If I return to Campello it will be my first choice of accommodation

Excellent choice in El Campello

Well-equipped apartment was quiet & comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach but also easy walk around town and very close to the tram stop.

Great 1st floor Apartment

Lovely apartment in a quiet area, nice view over the park, had everything we needed for a great stay, a few minutes walk to the long sandy beach and town, a good supermarket 1 minute away and very close to the tram stop.

Great place to stay

Very clean and modern apartment with a great sized balcony. Pool and ground areas were very clean and relaxing. Location was excellent with tram and supermarket less than a minute walk away. Beach and town centre was just over a 5 stroll. Very safe to walk home in the evening. Loved this place and will be looking to stay here again. 5 star.

Property pool is beautiful and relaxing. Very convenient location for El Campello. Seconds from the Tram and minutes to the beach. Only a moka pot for coffee, so you will need to master that. Primarily or exclusively Ikea decor - bed is just OK, but not a deterrence to stay again. Terrace is large and nicely looks over the park across the street. Good A/C and decent washer/dryer are are helpful to have in this location. Easy check in and gracious/friendly host.

Fabulous Holiday at El Campello

The apartment was very clean and well maintained had everything you needed for a comfortable relaxed stay. Loved the balcony and view of the park. The building and pool area very clean and well maintained. We would totally recommend this apartment 10 min walk to the beach, lovely restaurants nearby and of course a very short walk to the tram station. A big thank you to Alexsander and her daughter for taking us too the Airport.

our sunshine home

We had a fantastic 14 days in Barbara's apt, The apt is ideally located for us and is in pristine condition. We enjoyed a sunny breakfast on the balcony every morning along with a pre dinner G&T in the evening. The pool and garden are excellent and well kept. The easy access to the park, beach, tram, supermarket etc; where a blessing for an 80+yr old. Thank you Barbara.

Perfect stay

So pleased we found this property , it was everything we wanted . Barbara has thought of everything! She was great to communicate with before the trip and replied to msgs immediately.The apartment was exactly as described and was perfect for all amenities and beach . We loved the local market & coffee shops . Barbara arranged transfers for us which we thoroughly recommend. We would love to return
