The house was impeccably clean. The kitchen counters were labeled, making finding everything super easy. All appliances worked great. House is in great condition. The pool was great. Host answers any questions right away. Would definitely stay hear again. Great home for a family with kids/teens. This host has equipped the home with everything you'd need. Overall, wonderful stay at this home.

Everything was perfect! This Property was even better than the pictures showed! It had tons of amenities inside and outside, beautifully & thoughtfully decorated. We used the boat lift for our bay boat & the pool was perfect for our group! Lots of space and seating, both indoors and outdoors! Hoping we can book it again next year!!!

Superb vacation!!

Excellent house, pool, furnishings, location. Best of all places to stay-relax-enjoy family time. House is well stocked with anything you would need and we plan to book again soon!!!

The property is even better in person. The rooms, and especially the kitchen, are very well equipped/stocked with more than you'll actually need. The pool is fantastic, the beds are comfortable, as well as the comfy couches. The property was so nice, we only went to the beach once. Can't wait to go back!

Relaxation

Spent 9 days relaxing and watching the sunsets. Great fishing, close to Estes Flats… the house is set up great for families with children and friends…. This is our 4th time at this property. Can’t wait till next year!!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! The house was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our two families . The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made cooking and sharing meals so easy. The outdoor space was a major highlight — we loved the pool, the relaxing patio area, and the convenience of the boat lift. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully set up. We were very pleased with our stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

Perfect space for spending time with family and friends

Can’t say enough about this home. Beautifully decorated, plenty of space for everyone, loved the view from the decks and the water/boat access. Kitchen was spacious for cooking for small or larger party meals. Garage was a huge bonus! Would highly recommend.

Yearly fishing trip

We have a boat and come to fish !! Excellent location for all the fishing spots . Short drive to fairy to go to beach . Dock was nice and back porch was shading in evening . Family came for a few days and was nice and roomy . Would recommend.!! Was very homey and furniture was nice and comfy !

Pictures don’t do this home justice

We knew this place would be great but the pictures don’t do this place justice. Everything was perfect with our stay. The house was gorgeous, the views were stunning and everyone in the neighborhood was friendly. We had a short stay but made tons of great memories. We loved this place and hope to come back again. Terry was an excellent communicator and accommodating!

Amazing ambiance

We loved this property. The online pics do not do the property justice. It has a perfect layout for families who need several spaces. The built-in bunk beds are cozy and comfy, and there are 4 of them! I was incredibly impressed with attention to detail in the new construction. The back deck and boat ramp face the bay — great view. This house is well outfitted and has everything. We had a great time! We hope it is available when we want to stay again!

The house was a new, beautiful, and family friendly.

As an FYI, upon our arrival, there was a busted electrical box, although I'm not sure If that was part of the property or a neighboring home. The electrical company was in the neighborhood throughout the weekend so the safety was getting addressed. The home itself was beautiful and family friendly. However, the listing was specific on "no pets", which was one of the reasons we selected the home. We were very dissatisfied and disappointed with the white dog hair throughout the home and now on all of our stuff and kids blankets, toys etc. I will be more diligent in the future when booking when it comes to the pet policy. The price of the home was expensive, so to be leaving with white pet hair everywhere, I am a bit upset. We love the area and will be back, but likely not to this property. Thank you, Paige

We apologize to our guest for finding pet hair in the home, that should not have happened. We should have done a better job. To avoid this issue, in the future, we have decided to open our home to consider pets, with the appropriate pet fee. Our website has been changed to reflect this change.

Beautiful and clean home!!!

Awesome place- roomy, very clean and quiet with beautiful views. Great location. Saw jelly fish, sting rays swimming by, ducks, and pelicans. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommended! A gas grill would definitely be a great addition.

July 2022 weekend stay

Great spot! The house is very nice, clean and the layout is practical. We had extended family staying in two other houses in the same neighborhood, which was fun. If we had been staying a little longer, I would have wanted to bring kayaks. Children will love the bunk beds.

Modern and spotless

This was a fantastic property for a family weekend getaway. The property is well appointed and spotless. The location was perfect for easy access to fishing Redfish Bay.
