Waterfront home, pool, and boat dock, sleeps 10. Green light for dock fishing.

Come stay in our beautiful waterfront home and make happy memories. Our home sleeps 10 people. Enjoy the coastal views of Aransas Bay from back upper deck. Spacious kitchen, dining, living room with large dining table that seats 5 and huge kitchen island with 4 bar stools. Big screen TV with comfortable sofa to relax on. TV in all the bedrooms. Two bathrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Laundry room downstairs. Covered porch off the living room with a large dining table to sit at and enjoy the views of the canal and Aransas Bay. Lovely garden with a gorgeous pool. The pool area and back of the house gets the afternoon shade so you can enjoy the outdoors and take a cooling dip in the pool. Bring your boat and dock it in the canal at the back of the house. We have approximately 36 ft for you to dock your own boat with 3 pilings to tie up to. Green light for dock fishing. We are walking distance to Bayshore Drive beaches and you can drive over to Rockport Beach which is super clean, safe for small children, has lots of cabanas, toilets and showers. You do need to buy a beach pass to get through the gates.

We have a Ring doorbell at the front door and a security camera on the upper back deck focused on the boat. We do allow one pet only with a fee of $100 which goes to our wonderful housekeepers. Please no pets on beds or sofas and please don’t try to climb up onto our boat which is on the lift. Take all your groceries from the fridge home with you and any pool toys you bring with you.

Please don’t unplug any of plugs on the dock. We may have to replace boat batteries if it is unplugged. That’s expensive! Please pull ladder out of water too. We love our home and have many happy family memories from spending time there. Rockport is a gem with many great restaurants.

Please do not park any vehicle or trailer on the front lawn. This happened recently and we got a letter from the HOA threatening a fine.

Our stay was awesome! We had a wonderful stay here. It was clean and very cozy. Everything we needed was provided. There's plenty of games to play and the pool was the highlight of the trip. After a day at the festivities in Rockport we cooled off in the pool, it was the greatest place we’ve ever stayed at.

Great getaway!

We had a group of 7 life-long friends who all came together for a relaxing weekend at the coast and this place was perfect! The house was updated, comfortable and very accommodating and the pool was fantastic. We were just a golf cart ride away from anything we wanted to do, but we were happy enough to stick around the house for the most part.

Summer Coast Vacation

We had a great visit to Dolphin Bay. The house is in a great location, and the pool is a wonderful way to cool off during the hot summer days. The downstairs bedroom is much bigger than the last time we stayed, and the area is great for kids.

Amazing

My family and I had the best time here! The pool is so fresh and amazing! We had our Jet Ski and boat, so having a place to dock them was great and so easy. The owners were amazing and had great communication with us! We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome Key Allegro property!

The house is beautiful and very well equipped with everything you might need! We enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool and all of the rooms had TVs which was very nice! Great location close to all that Rockport has to offer!! Our host was wonderful and very responsive!

Perfect Holiday Getaway

Dolphin Bay was the perfect house for our July 4th family trip. The house is spacious as listed and beautifully decorated in coastal decor which adds to the relaxation. The amenities were perfect and the pool spectacular. Amanda and Jim were perfect hosts and answered all questions. Great communicators! We’d love to stay again !

We have been long time second homeowners on Key Allegro. We love the peace and quiet here. The bird watching is amazing, and dolphins are always seen every time we go into the bay, and they do come up our canal. Shopping is very good on Austin Street which is the historical part of Rockport with some very unique privately owned shops. Visit the new Art Centre. Rockport has some great restaurants, such as Gabriela's Tapa Bar and Restaurant just across the bridge from Key Allegro, 495 Chesapeake Eats and Latitude 28 02 Coastal Cuisine & Fine Art, Moondog Seaside Eatery, The Groove. Pier 77 is a place where you can BYOB with large portions of delicious home cooked food. The Sugar Shack is a fun bar on Fulton Beach Road.

Our home is a very relaxing home. You will enjoy the pool which stays cool in the hot Texas summers because it gets the afternoon shade at about 3pm and the sea breezes add additional . You can sit outside downstairs and be cool under the shade of the upper deck. We have two barbeque grills to cookout on.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The pool stays cool because of the afternoon shade. There are two sun loungers and four poolside chairs, and the seating area under the house to relax in. There are outside hanging lights to light up the deck and pool area in the evenings. The pool lights change color and are very pretty. Watch the Pelicans, Herons, Cormorants and Egrets fly past. You will see dolphin swim up and down our cancal too. Usually early morning.
