Emplacement parfait - prĂšs de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une escapade parfaite.

Venez profiter de votre week-end ou d'une semaine dans notre confortable, centralement situé 2 chambres 2. 5 salle de bains townhome.

Il peut accueillir 8 personnes et comprend un garage 2 voitures, un accÚs à la piscine, des bains à remous et un sauna, une cheminée et un barbecue. Un chemin vers le lac juste de l'autre cÎté de la rue.

Notre maison est installée sur trois niveaux avec un garage à deux voitures au dernier étage. La cuisine moderne récemment rénovée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, une table à manger et un salon confortable avec cheminée se trouvent au rez-de-chaussée. La chambre principale et la deuxiÚme chambre sont situées au dernier étage. La grille barbecue se trouve sur le balcon du salon.

Internet sans fil rapide et gratuit dans tout le townhome.

Vous aurez accÚs à une piscine intérieure chauffée, des bains à remous, une salle de sport et un court de tennis.

Laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité.

Great SUMMER stay in Frisco

Condo was clean and spacious! Had all the comforts of home. Great location with ease of access to groceries and downtown a short distance. We enjoyed the bike trails around Dillon reservoir. Beds were comfortable and everything was spotless. Thank you!

Unit was very clean & nicely updated. Tandem garage was a plus for roomy storage for car & bikes. Pool area was used twice before it closed due to a maintenance issue. Fitness room had sufficient equipment. Kitchen had minimal supplies for a long stay of 12 days. Powered loveseat recliner worked after the cords were located & connected beneath it. Users should know that there are 2 flights of stairs and shoes are not to be worn inside.

Simply Perfect

We loved our stay in Frisco! Daniel was a great host and the property exceeded expectations. The fireplace in the living room and the pool/jacuzzi across the driveway were icing on the cake. If you’re skiing/snowboarding at Vail, Breckinridge, or Keystone, this is the perfect place to stay! We’ll be back!!

Four days in Frisco

We were very happy with this property. The location was perfect for our daily trips to Leadville during the Leadville MTB100. The condo was very clean and the appliances and utensils, made sure we had everything we needed to eat at home. The indoor pool and hot tub was also really nice. We would definitely stay there again. We loved this property! Everything is very thoughtful. The furniture is comfortable, all the dishes and linens you need, located right next to the pool and very close to town. Every time I thought of something I could use, I found it (broom, squeegee, etc.). I would highly recommend.

Can’t wait to go back

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do as we spend many Summers in Summit County. We enjoy the fact that we’re right on the lake next to the nature, preserve able to walk into town, the coffee shops, and have the bike trail right at our feet. The first thing we noticed when we walked in, was how clean, smelling and tastefully decorated the entire place was. The beds were super comfortable. The pool and hot tub was a great addition. We both can’t wait to come back next summer!

Great, Upgraded Townhouse

We love staying in Frisco so that we can hit multiple ski resorts during our stay. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed. Great attention to detail with all the upgrades in the unit - nice furniture, bedding, well-stocked kitchen, great bathrooms/shower. The host checked in to ensure we had everything we needed, which we did because the check in process was so easy. Seating in the family room was super comfy with nice TV and fireplace. Great for relaxing in the evenings.

Great rental, convenient location

Spent a week here. Nicer than pics show. Lots of extras in the rental, which I always appreciate. Everything you could want in the kitchen for cooking, eating there vs going out, etc. Close to pool and gym. Love having no one above or below you (quiet) and loved the giant garage that fit our vehicle, bikes, and tandem kayaks and all had space. Would definitely stay here again. And the property manager is great with communication as well.
