Villa Helios est situé dans le village de Kaligata sur l'île de Céphalonie.
Le logement est au calme, entouré d'oliviers, arbres fruitiers, cyprès et autres plantes aromatiques.
Dans le village voisin (Kourkoumelata) vous pourrez vous arrêter boire un café frappé au café Marina et profiter de la vue sur la campagne environnante et la mer.
La plage d'Avithos (drapeau bleu) est à 15 mns à pied (voir photo ci-dessous). Sur le chemin qui y mène vous longerez des champs d'oliviers et pourrez vous arrêter pour une dégustation de vin à la maison Sarris.
Il y a juste à côté de la plage trois restaurants/bars : Avithos Preview Taverna, To Enetiko (avec un parking privé) et le Cova beach bar.
Villa Helios est idéal pour ceux qui recherchent une location permettant de cuisiner en toute autonomie (cuisine toute équipée et grand barbecue à côté de la piscine), mais offrant également la possibilité de se restaurer avec plusieurs bars/restaurants à proximité (15 mn à pied) ou à une dizaine de minutes en voiture de Lassi et de sa large sélection de bars & restaurants (cuisine international et grecque).
A 5 mns en voiture, en direction de l'aéroport, vous trouverez un supermarché bien achalandé. Centre de plongée très professionnel à 15 mns en voiture, plongées pour les débutants comme les initiés + passage de niveaux PADI (testé et approuvé !).
Excursions en kayak et paddle à proximité. Également testées et approuvées !

Lovely clean well equiped Villa in qquiet location
We had a great time here for a week, 4 adults and a teenager who got the bed settee.
Well equipped although the washing machine broke down and was being replaced during our weeks stay, there was a problem with the heating but the guy (Paul ) who looks after the pools and maintenance came and sorted,and was really helpful.
A car is a requirement as it is a little off the beaten track,but only 5 min drive to local shop and beach. Local car hire, Sagitarius were fabulous and realy looked after us,
Only critisim would be the mattresses, which could do with an upgrade as not the most comfortable.

Great villa, great people, great island
We loved our stay at Villa Helios, the property was very nice and exactly what we expected. Very clean and comfortable with lovely views out to see from the balcony, great to have your breakfast on or that last glass of wine watching the sun go down. Beds and facilities were good with no issues at all.
You definitely need a car here to get about, however once you get your bearings it's easy to get around. Lot's of nice restaurants within 15 mins drive - particularly recommend The Olive Lounge and El Borgho, both quite close to each other near the castle, fantastic food and views at both.
The pool was great and very welcome to cool off in as the weather was perfect for all the time we were here. No issues with it being shared, mostly we had it to ourselves anyway. All in all we would highly recommend Villa Helios for a family getaway.

Very good Location and Comfortable
The managers Paul And Sara were the best. They were friendly and very helpful.
I would give this accommodation five stars but I had a few very minor issues. One issue was I would have been content if I were told the WiFi available was limited. As a result, I used the daily WiFi data up on my first night while streaming Netflix. The utilities went out the next day and I assumed the router needed reset, as what I’m accustomed to. Because, I reset the WiFi router I shut down the complete WiFi system altogether. So two days without internet I decided, I’d pay what it takes to get internet up again. After speaking with Sara, I was informed about how WiFi works on Kefalonia and decided; because of my ignorance, I should pay the 35 euros to have a service tech come and reset the router. All was good when the tech arrived in a very timely manner. Thank you , Sara.
One other issue is that the cooking utensils for Teflon skillets should be plastic. We were concerned about using the metal ones, the only ones provided.
All else was fantastic and I would highly recommend this villa as well as return again.

Excellente location et emplacement !!
Séjour d'une semaine dans la villa de Muriel et Anthony. Nous étions à l'étage de la villa, vue sur mer. Rien à dire : la villa est propre et fonctionnelle, nos hôtes pensent à tout avec le minimum dans les placards pour démarrer un bon séjour. La communication avec Muriel se fait en Français et tout est expliqué clairement pour l'accès à la villa ainsi que des infos pratiques pour visiter sur place. L'emplacement est idéal avec de belles plages dans le sud à 15 minutes de l'aéroport. Se déplacer sur l'ile est facile, ne pas hésiter à demander à Muriel des conseils pour la location d'un véhicule avec Poly. Sinon de nombreuses possibilités d'agence de location sur place. Les literies sont confortables et les clim fonctionnelles. Muriel est à votre écoute pour tout conseil. Quand nous avons eu besoin, elle a répondu présente. Nous recommandons la villa et la gentillesse de nos hôtes. Encore merci pour avoir partagé votre ile magnifique !!

Lovely apartment
We had a lovely stay at villa Helios, the apartment was clean and big big enough for the 4 of us. The pool was great too. Although shared, it wasn’t a problem, our kids played with the kids that were on holiday downstairs. The location is a short drive from the airport, and beaches all very close. All in all, a lovely holiday had by all! Thank you!

We had a wonderful week at villa Helios. A taste of peace and tranquility with just a short distance to a beautiful beach and nearby villages. We didn’t hire a car in the end, it would have been beneficial but the local taxi service was amazing and easy to use. A fab little villa with amazing views. The only thing that annoyed us was the amount of wasps! Apparently drunk from the local grapes. Thank you for an easy and relaxing stay

Schöne Tage auf Kefalonia
Villa Helios ist sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und für 4 Personen
ausreichend groß.
Ein guter Startpunkt, um Ausflüge über die Insel zu machen, dann in den Pol zu springen und den Abend auf dem großen Balkon ausklingen zu lassen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Falls wir nochmal dort hin kommen, würden wir wieder beim
"Sonnengott" wohnen.

Flott utleieleilighet
Flott leilighet med alt vi trenger for en ukes ferie. Veldig bra service og oppfølging av verter underveis i oppholdet. Fin utsikt, god uteplass både rundt basseng, og på ballkong i 2. etasje. Her kan vi veldig gjerne bo flere ganger :-)

Had a fab 10days at this villa. Definitely need to hire a car to get about but beaches and restaurants are still in walking distance. Think there maybe a fault with electric fuse board as had 2 separate power cuts when used the oven but didn't effect the experience at all. Thank you

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht und Traum-Pool
Hat alles gepasst: Lage (viele schöne Strände in der Nähe, 5 Min. vom Flughafen), Ausstattung der Wohnung, Kommunikation mit Gastgebern. Wer Ruhe sucht und eine komfortable Unterkunft (Klima!) liegt hier richtig.

We really loved our week in this villa apartement. The surroundings is fabulous with
olive trees and a stunning wiew over the see. It´s only a 10 minutes walk to Avithos beach which is really nice with good restaurants. It´s not the most crowded area on the island which we liked. We do really recomend this place.

XXI Century is now!!!
The house is spectacular!!!. Highly recommended. But it is not easy to access with your own car, and the indications we receive are the same as those written by our grandmother... Today there are Gooble Maps, Earth, geographic coordinates, etc.

Hi Martin,
I wholeheartedly agree! We acquired the SATNAV settings but when tested took us to a field behind the villa. So thought it was better to use the old method and get you to the correct destination.

Amazing
Lovely villa. Shared pool is with property below but it was never an issue. Well equipped villa with wifi and aircon and all the cooking and cleaning utensils provided.
15 mins drive from the airport. Avithos beach was an easy 15 min walk down the hill.
Nice restaurants within walking distance including the Marina Snack Bar where Caitlin was fantastic.
Plenty of places within easy driving distance (a car is essential).
Fantastic place, fantastic location and fantastic island.

Molto bella.
Bella casa,spaziosa,accessoriata di tutto,ottima posizione,vista meravigliosa,piscina pulita. E' stato un pò più complicato di quello che immaginavamo trovarla.Silenziosa.Nella piscina c'eravamo praticamente solo noi.La terrazza è spaziosa e ci si mangia comodamente.E' arredata con gusto.Il divano letto ha un materasso un pò sottile e così abbiamo usato entrambi i materassi dei divani.Aveva anche qualche detersivo, sale ,olio a disposizione. Pulita!!!!Veramente ok!!!!

A great stay at Villa Helios
Lovely accommodation in a well situated location only 15 minutes drive from the airport and in walking distance of the beach. There was a beautiful view of the Ionian Sea which we thoroughly enjoyed whilst eating & relaxing on the balcony.
The Villa was clean, comfortable and well equipped.
Joanne & Neil were very helpful & quick to respond providing us with an excellent booking experience. We would happily recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing base for their holiday in the lovely Island of Kefalonia.
For anyone wanting to dive in Kefalonia visit Pirates Diving in Lassi. George & Eva are really friendly & helpful - my son & his girlfriend had a fantastic time with them.
All in all a wonderful week. Many thanks

Great holiday destination
Lovely villa in a peaceful rural setting. The villa was comfortable and well appointed, it was clean and well maintained and the property managers were helpful and accessible. The location is fabulous with breathtaking views. We found all the locals friendly and charming, great local beaches and bars and restaurants. The pool area was a good size with plenty of sun loungers to accomodate both villas. All communication with the owners was easy and all the information supplied very helpful.
Would highly recommend it and would use it again.
My only request to the owners would be new and larger bathroom towels, but certainly not a deal breaker!
A beautiful Island and well worth a visit!
