* The primary guest must provide a valid phone number after booking for check-in coordination and any necessary communication during your stay.

* One parking pass is provided for Unit #2. This pass allows metered street parking throughout town, except: * Ocean Terrace * Any street ends off Ocean Terrace * Township public parking lots * Handicapped spaces * Purple Heart parking spaces * Do not park in the driveway, as it is actively used by other units. * A $500 fee will be charged if the parking pass is not returned.
Additional vehicles:
* Free street parking is available on any 300 block in Seaside Heights (spots have no numbers) * Metered parking throughout town (metered spots have numbers) * Privately owned paid parking lots
Note: Parking regulations are enforced from April 1 – October 31. During the off-season, street parking is free.

This property is exactly as pictured. It is clean and meticulously cared for while being well stocked with all the essentials plus some bonus extras. Across the street from the beach/boardwalk, this is ideal in the summer although I loved the quiet of the off season. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful place with a lot of nice amenities--very short walk to the boardwalk/Beach. Owners provided a lot of valuable extras, including parking pass, beach passes, and chairs/beach towels. Would absolutely stay again.

Space was very clean. Everything I could have needed was readily available. The hosts thought of everything. They were always available for questions. Ocean/boardwalk was within steps. Didn’t have to travel far to nearby business establishments.I would definitely stay again. If being picky i ca say, I was in lower level apartment so end of stay did get a little noisy with new guests walking around upstairs and house next door parking being by my bedroom window. My end was start of the season so to be expected with teenagers I guess.

The unit was small, however it provided exactly what we needed for the stay. The unit provided all the accommodations someone traveling would need. Amazing quality towels, wash cloths, and bedding. While the bed was firmer than I like, the bedding was soft and comfy and made up for it. Hosts were very communicative and responsive, making sure we got checked in and had everything we needed. Also let us know they had other properties in the area should we need larger accommodations in the future. The only down side to the unit is thin walls. I could hear the children running around on the first floor unit and all of the neighbors in the driveway. This is no fault of the hosts, just something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper like I am. :)

We had a fantastic stay at this beach apartment! I would highly recommend. Not only was the apartment in a great location, the apartment was exactly as the pictures showed, and the owners were easy to work with. Definitely check out this awesome place !
