Villa Pera is a charming four-bedroom villa located in a residential area of Armação de PĂȘra. Featuring a private swimming pool, spacious interiors, and a dedicated BBQ house, it provides a perfect setting for a relaxing escape. A variety of local bars, restaurants, and a minimarket are just a short walk away, while the picturesque sandy bays of Praia Grande and Armação de PĂȘra Beach are only a short drive away. The villa is also conveniently close to Alcantarilha and Guia, both offering excellent dining options and local charm. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms in included.
