Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. We regret that you felt our communication could have been better coordinated. Your comments are valuable and will be shared with the relevant teams as we continually work to improve our service. Regarding the insects, you informed us about the presence of ants and cockroaches during your stay. As explained at the time, the villa had been professionally treated just a few days before your arrival. Unfortunately, due to the Algarve's warm climate, insects may occasionally appear despite regular pest control. To assist you immediately, we also provided an insect spray during your stay. With regard to the television, our colleague visited the villa on the same day to assist and explain how to access the TV channels. We were pleased to confirm that the television was working correctly. We also noted your comments regarding the electrical system. However, we did not receive any report during your stay concerning the microwave. Nevertheless, we have shared your feedback with our maintenance team so that all electrical equipment can be inspected as part of our ongoing quality checks. Although we are sorry that we did not meet all of your expectations on this occasion, we appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving the experience we provide to our guests. Kind regards, Algarve Vacation Customer Care
