Clean, comfortable property with character and a stunning view. I had to park my car a little way from the house, as it was too long to fit in the garage (Toyota Avensis estate), but was expected based on the information provided, and wasn’t a problem.

This is our second time staying here and it was just as lovely as the first. Great communication with the owners. Amazing views and walking distance from everything we needed. The house was also thoughtfully stocked with essentials and other things. Our family loves it. We look forward to our next stay.

When we walked into the house we immediately felt at home. There was nothing to worry about. Just bring your self and your belongings as all most everything you need is provided. The front garden is great to relax in and enjoy a panoramic view of the beach. Overall we had a really nice time.

The property had everything you could need, and to a very high standard, unfortunately the mattress on the bed was not our liking, it was very soft. The shower could have been better if it had been a power shower rather than an electric shower, it was slightly under powered. Everything was spotless and the layout was lovely. The view from the front of the house was just as described and well located for access to Newbiggin and local restaurants.

An amazing property in an amazing location! Will definitely go there again. Newbiggin is a small town with not much going on, but that does mean the whole area is very quiet - we often had the beach to ourselves! This property is a real gem!

Nice clean house ; nice walks ,our 4 yr granddaughter loved the beach .we saw the dolphin pass the bay a few time , we will be back again I’m sure .

Bay View is a fabulous property. Very well equipped and clean, the house is a great home-away-from-home. A great base to explore the sights and attractions of Northumberland. The views of the bay, and accessibility to the beach are second to none.

Lovely house with an amazing view of the sea. Very cosy & homely.The only downside was the parking.We had to park on the street and our car got damaged !

So sorry to hear about your car being damaged whilst parked on the street. As mentioned in the description we have a garage but it will only accommodate a small / compact car. As you will have seen most of the neighbours park on the street as all their garages are too small. We can fit our Ford Kuga into the garage.

Excellent location and property with fantastic views and great location

The property was as per the pictures and practically on the beach complete with the sound of waves inside the house. Very clean and very well equipped with very helpful owners and lots of extras supplied. Would recommend to anybody looking for a beach location and relaxing break.

Beautiful property. Spectacular views, nice walks along the prom. Very quiet and very relaxing. Great restaurant at the end of the prom. Owner very responsive. We had a great time will be back next year.

Simon was very helpful from beginning to end. Communication was outstanding. Very relaxing, mostly sat on chairs looking at the view . Great base for surrounding area. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Experience

We had a great time here. Such a sweet and peaceful spot. We had the beach all to ourselves most days and the beach house was much cozier than other places we have stayed. Morning views were amazing and the place was full of everything we needed. Owners were super responsive. All around a great adventure for us.
