Spacious

We had the condo and lock off. The combination was spacious and comfortable, especially for 2 couples. Short walk to restaurants and a short drive to the center. Enjoyed our stay.

Great location but needs improvement on cleanliness

The unit was in a great location allowing for easy walks around the resort. There were great amenities such as the pools and the fitness center which was well equipped. The layout was perfect for all of us. The staff were very receptive and nice. The down side was that the unit does need some updating and the cleanliness was not very good. I found hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. We also found a small toy near a bed from a previous user. There were cobwebs in the corner of sliding doors. Could use improvement in better cleaning.

Hiking trip

We booked this condo to be the overnight spot for two days of hiking in the Grand Canyon and Sedona. Good location. Clean and plenty of room. The check-in process was slow with only one person while 4-5 others manned the Concierge desk. We did not use any of the amenities that come with this property. You will be charged a resort fee upon check in. It is around $16/night now.

Fantastic Spring Break for entire family!

The Ridge on Sedona Golf Resort was absolutely awesome. We were SO impressed with the cleanliness of the condos and the grounds. The staff were very helpful and quick to respond with anything we needed. The condo was a very nice size and the beds were so comfortable. The multiple ice machines and pools were great amenities, especially with all of the hiking in Sedona. Would definitely visit again and strongly recommend for families. Thanks for the memories!

Disappointing start

Overall, this is a nice property, although better appreciated in warmer weather when all the facilities can be utilized. We paid a full "resort fee", although clearly it was too cold to swim and the fitness center was closed to guests. On arrival, at 10PM, we were given our keys and then treated to an overly-pressured sales pitch by the "concierge" to attend a presentation regarding unit purchase. No, thank you, I'm tired and just want my bed. We were directed to a unit that had the door propped open, turbo fans drying the carpet and a terrible odor in the kitchen with the refrigerator door open and boxes of baking soda in the refrigerator. To their credit, the registration staff immediately assigned us a different unit and all was well. One must wonder, however, how in the world the registration staff could not know that unit was not inhabitable.

Not having been to the Sedona area before, we booked this condo and the location worked perfectly for us. It's a bit south of the main area of Sedona, but only about a 10-15 min. drive. It's close to Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, etc. and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. The room was spacious, but the cabinets were a bit dated. Bed was way too firm for me, but that seems to be the norm in condos/hotels. (Sleep Number bed would have been great!) We were too busy hiking to check out the pool or fitness facilities.

Perfect Location

The 2-bed suite is perfect for a family or 2 couples as each has their own bathroom, patio and kitchen area. The location was ideal - close to all different types of restaurants, shopping and the best views of the Red Rocks.
