The Opulent Oasis

Welcome to our beautiful Sedona retreat! Located just a block from dining, shopping, hiking trails and many attractions, and just a short drive to downtown Sedona, our home is perfectly situated for exploring all that this beautiful area has to offer. Our home is a peaceful and relaxing oasis that offers stunning views. This spacious and stylishly decorated house is the perfect retreat for families, couples, and friends seeking a quiet and rejuvenating vacation. Whether you're looking to hike, bike, or simply relax and rejuvenate, our home is the perfect choice.

The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with beautiful linens and soft lighting. The Pack ‘n Play is perfect for those who have little ones and want to travel light.

With plenty of natural light and tasteful decor, this home has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. The open-plan living area features high ceilings, a 70" TV, and comfortable sofa and chairs, perfect for lounging in front of the fireplace on cooler evenings.

Outside, the spacious deck is the perfect place to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. You can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the spectacular Sedona sunsets. The front patio is ideal for morning coffee with views of Thunder Mountain.

In the backyard, the comfortable sectional sofa, 70" TV, BBQ and fire pit are great for unwinding after a long day out exploring all that Sedona has to offer. The hot tub is superb for stargazing after a day spent hiking.

The game room is perfect for spending quality time with family and friends, whether playing a game of pool or connect four. The modern and fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious home-cooked meals, and the dining area is a splendid place to enjoy them while taking in the breathtaking views.

Mornings are peaceful and nights are cozy in this home. Enjoy the entire space to yourself. Experience the beauty and tranquility of Sedona from the comfort of our stunning home!

Quiet hours are after 9pm. Parties or events of any kind are prevented. Pets and smoking are not allowed on the property.

Exclusive VRBO user here. This house exceeded our expectations. Well equipped kitchen, fun to have a pool table and hot tub and the location is perfect! Close to grocery, coffee, pharmacy, and Gerardo Pizza. We were able to get to hikes easily and didn’t feel like we fought traffic. Neighborhood is quiet. Place was very clean, garage access was nice to have when it rained and overall stay for our family of four was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay in Sedona and the home was perfect for us. We had two adults and two teens and it was a great location for the trails and hikes we wanted to do! The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable and the hosts responded immediately with any questions we had. The hot tub was a bonus after a long day of hiking! The house was welcoming and very clean. We felt right at home! The beds were comfortable. It was fun playing pool at the end of the day. We enjoyed the outside back patio area for breakfast. Great location too! Close to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely stay there again!

We were sore and exhausted from traveling and walking. The hot tub was perfect. So clean and the perfect temp. A few games of pool and a good nights sleep and we were ready to go. We would definitely stay here again.

For the amount of money this home cost, I was highly disappointed. Their are numerous issues and the water pressure was really bad, the firepit and BBQ don't work. Dirty porches, dirty pool table and rugs, I do feel the hosts were very nice, but would not rent again here! I am,sorry I don't like to hurt peoples feelings but I cannot give a 5 star rating!

We had a fantastic stay! The pool table was awesome and made for hours of fun, and the hot tub was wonderful 
 perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The location was epic, close to everything we wanted yet still peaceful. Communication with the host was A!!!! Fast, clear, and friendly. We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing birthday weekend with the family, the home is perfectly located next to restaurants and downtown. Starbucks and Safeway are right up the street and only 10 minutes to grasshopper point. Great positive communication. House is spacious and everything you need to cook meals and play games. We didn’t use the hot tub but I can imagine how peaceful and relaxing it would be in the cooler months.

This place was located in an excellent spot for access to mountain biking, hikes or a relaxing walk to the local coffee shop. After morning activities we were able to enjoy the pool table, hot tub and a large kitchen with amazing views of the Sedona Red Rocks.

We absolutely loved this house! The back patio was such a relaxing and enjoyable space—we spent so much time out there. Watching TV from the hot tub was such a fun and unique experience, and soaking under the stars was truly unforgettable. The pool table was an awesome bonus and made our stay even more entertaining. This home had everything we needed and was incredibly well managed. The location was perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway!

Great house for spending quality time with friends.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are great indoor and outdoor spaces to spend time with friends or family. The hot tub, pool table, and games are great for indoor fun. The kitchen is well equipped if you stay in for meals but the location makes it easy to walk to some great restaurants. It is also close to many hiking trails. The neighborhood is very quiet and has great views.

Great Place to call Home for a Week

We had the pleasure of staying at this house for a week during our recent trip to Sedona. The property was well stocked and allowed us to cook meals and enjoy the amenities and scenery. The location was also great as we were able to walk to breakfast in the morning and even access trails easily throughout our stay. We can't wait to plan our next trip.

First vrbo experience

Top of the line hot tub. Professional regulation pool table with all the accesories. Jetted tub in master bath. Pack and play for our 9 month old (life saver). Kitchen has everything you need for cooking, 3 types of coffee makers. Washer and dryer. Close to the best hiking trails in the country. Lots of restaurants almost in walking distaance. Best vacation we’ve ever had. Thanks Phil and Ivy. You know how to treat your guests.

Perfect location, comfortable, clean and great amenities

We decided to travel to Sedona for a few days over spring break and found this property based on the reviews and description. The location is perfect! While you can't see the views of the amazing Sedona formations right outside the window, they're very close. There are restaurants and shops within a short walk, and the drive to hiking trails, shopping, or other restaurants is within 5-10 minutes. The communication with Phil & Ivy was very precise and timely, and the check-in process was pain-free. The house is exactly as described and was very clean. Comfortable beds, everything you need to feel comfortable, and the pool table and hot tub were nice additions after a long day of getting dirty playing outdoors. We were absolutely not disappointed and would book here again!
