Located 5 minute walk to the main Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital Main Campus in the salubrious area of St. Leonards almost next door to Exeter St Luke’s University Campus.

The property is also within easy walking distance of Magdalen Road parade of shops, where you can also find independent boutiques, cafes, coffee shops, eateries and the homely Mount Radford Pub.

House rules:
There is parking almost directly opposite the property, you will see it's off-road and is a fairly long strip of parking, you can park there with no limitations, however, you will need to display the parking permit which you will find in the property just inside the door. Please return the permit upon your departure.
*Failure to return this Permit will lead to a replacement charge.
Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this development, failure to comply will lead to a fine, there is a security camera set up at the entrance to the property.
There will be extra cleaning charges incurred should the property be left in a 'state'. Example if an inordinate amount of extra time required above and beyond a normal checkout.
Any Damage should be reported immediately if found on Check-in, any subsequent damage not reported may incur a charge.
