Designed for six guests, this beautiful villa is ideal for families or friends looking to relax in a peaceful setting while being just a short distance from the lively marina, restaurants, beach and bars of Latchi.
One of the villa's highlights is its expansive 14m x 7m private pool, where you can cool off while soaking in Cypriot sunshine. With Latchi less than 1km away, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll to the waterfront, explore the local tavernas, or simply take in the charming atmosphere of the marina.
Inside, the villa is bright, open, and spacious, spread across two floors. The ground floor features a comfortable lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area, perfect for relaxed meals together. Large patio doors flood the space with natural light, seamlessly connecting the indoors to the outdoor terraces. Also on this level is a spacious double bedroom, complete with an en-suite shower room.
Upstairs, you'll find two well-appointed twin bedrooms, each with their own en-suite shower room and private balcony overlooking the shimmering bay—ideal for waking up to stunning Mediterranean views.
Step outside and discover the villa's wonderful outdoor spaces. A spacious rear terrace provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining, while a short pathway lead to the inviting private pool area. Here, you'll find sunbeds and parasols for ultimate relaxation, a shaded gazebo for cooling off with a drink, and a built-in BBQ, perfect for enjoying leisurely meals under the stars.
For your comfort, air conditioning is included in all bedrooms, while air conditioning in the lounge is available for €7 per day, payable locally.

Great location and spacious property

Loved staying at this property. Accurate photos of the rooms. Three good sized en-suite bedrooms, spacious lounge and great outdoor areas. Amazing pool size and fantastic views of the countryside. We would book again.

Relaxing Holiday

Far enough away from the resort/harbour but only a short walk or less than 5 minute drive. Close to Polis to get everything you need from a large supermarket to make it possible to stay a few days at the villa without leaving.

We will definitely stay here again

Everything was perfect upon arrival the villa was clean. We reported there was a shortage of large drinking glasses within a couple of hours we were provided with them. We were there for 29 days, and the villa was cleaned on a regular basis, as was the bedding and towels. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this villa to family and friends.

Summer holiday stay at Ira Finiki Latchi

Great property located 1 minute from the beautiful seaside area of Latchi. A sprawling lush garden with Avocado trees, passion fruit and grapes gave a feeling of privacy and calmness. A huge pool was also in the garden and next to it a quaint kiosk area to offer shade from the Mediterranean sun. I would definitely recommend a stay if you are seeking relaxation and calmness.

Comfortable and Spacious Villa in Peaceful Setting

We loved our stay at the Villa Ira Finiki. Our communications with EOS Travel were easy, clear and very helpful. The Villa was in a lovely secluded location bordered by a wonderful field of avocado trees. The property is spacious and well presented and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The pool settting and BBQ area was great for relaxation and the 10 -15 minute walk to Laatchi was easy to manage. We just loved the peace and quiet that the propertyprovides and had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Laatchi has plenty to offer in terms of restaurants and bars and we hired a motor boat for half a day to explore the hard to reach bays for swimming and snorkelling - Laatchi Watersports are well worth a look. We loved the fact that Laatchi is a relatively small resort and unspoilt. Overall, a great place to have a holiday if you want some peace and quiiet and pleasant affordable restaurants.

Das Haus, die Bepflanzung und die Lage sind herrlich. ABER: das Haus ist alt und abgewohnt und müsste dringend mal saniert oder aufgepeppt werden. Die Fliegengitter sind löchrig, Ritzen sollten verstopft werden. Wir hatten Ameisen in der Küche und ums Haus rum.Es ist einfachst ausgestattet. Wer kochen möchte muss alles kaufen, angefangen beim Salz. Aber die einzige Pfanne ist klein und die Beschichtung völlig abgekratzt. Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle vorhanden, aber uralt. Keine schönen Tassen oder Besteck, nur einfachste Teller, Plastikschüsseln fürs Müsli...Es gibt keine Spülmaschinentabs oder andere zuhause selbstverständlich vorhandenen Dinge. Seife mussten wir kaufen, natürlich auch keine Shampoo o.a. vorhanden. Klopapier und Mülltüten müssen auch angefragt oder selber gekauft werden.Die Handtücher sind sauber, aber alt und verschlissen.Die Fotos sind schon älter. Die Holzmöbel am Pool wurden durch Plastik ersetzt.Man sieht nicht die Baustelle, die man vom Schlafzimmer aus sieht oder die Generatoren, die die ganze Nacht brummen. Außerdem ist zwischen Terrasse und Pool ein halber Schrottplatz, den man nicht sehen möchte.Die schönen Stühle in den Zimmern sind gar nicht vorhanden. Bettwäsche ist sauber, aber alt und nicht so schön wie auf den Bildern.

Perfect villa and perfect location for a couple or family in Latchi

Private well equipped villa in a perfect location in Latchi. All rooms are light and airy with a lovely covered terrace for breakfasts and a nice private pool area. totally recommend this villa . Wi-fi was very dependable as well
