The Faenza Apartment

The apartment is located in a semi-detached house with its own access and porches on two sides: you will feel like in your own little villa. It consists of a large living room with open kitchen, a double bedroom with a bathroom and downstairs another double bedroom with bathroom. The backside porch is a proper outdoor area equipped with armchairs and a table. When needed the sofa in the living room can become a double bed.

Inside the apartment there is everything you will need to enjoy your time in the best possible way. In the living room there is a smart TV with Netflix in English (or you preferred language) and of course Wi Fi internet access. The house is equipped with air conditioning in every room. In the kitchen you will find dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with pods included. There is also a laundry area shared with other apartments.

This was an absolutely perfect location! Via Faenza is close to the train station and the street itself had wonderful restaurants. Guilio was very responsive and helpful.

Good location

The stay was good. The location was excellent. The sink in the main bathroom does not drain and the lower level is very damp and musty smelling.

Good overall

We were happy with the space for our family of 5 and the apartment was as big as described. Convenient location, very close to train station and attractions. Owner was responsive. There were a few minor flaws. The main bathroom sink was very clogged, the pull out couch had no pillows and doing laundry in the parking garage was inconvenient. Overall, we were happy with the place.

Great location, several shortcomings

Proximity to Duomo and restaurants was great. No blinds in main bedroom or bathroom. No pillows for pull out couch. AC in living area was weak.

Great accomodation & location

The commuication with the agent was excellent throughout the booking & checking in process. The apartment is well equipped and spacious. We were met on arrival & everything was explained to us. There was a map provided highlighting the places to visit. The apartment felt very safe and access is via a security gate. It was close to all the amenities including the train & bus station. We were two couples and the bedrooms & bathrooms were a good size. We were in contact with the agent during our stay who always responded promptly. We would recommend the accomodation without hesitation!

I loved this place

I was pleased to have booked this place. It was clean, safe It took me a while to find it because the GPS system was not giving me signal because there was some street work done and I kept going in circles, however the hostess was there waiting patiently and he greeted me in a friendly and professional manner. The only thing that I noticed was that the 2nd room downstairs had no heating flow and I had to sleep on the sofabed in the living room. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

Small list of improvements

Both bath room sinks did not drain properly. Mold in showers Pillows were old and need to be replaced along with the mattresses It should be more specific about the washer NOT being in the unit.

Florence Apartment

We loved the location. 2 bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The upstairs was lovely. The downstairs was not. There was mold in the bathroom and it smelled musty. The clothes cabinet is falling apart. There were two bedframes that were uneven. The worst one was curved like a hammock. The owner needs to invest some money in the downstairs bedroom . Our friends were forced to sleep on a pull out couch in the kitchen living room and were very upset.We slept upstairs and were fine. It is a wonderful location near the train and Giulio our contact was as helpful as he could be.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The apartment is part of a condominium which develops in the inside of the block, away from the street, made of houses renovated just few years ago and placed in a pleasant context with a nice and quiet common garden. Green areas, quietness and safety add to the overall value of the property. You will be surprised entering the premises by its tranquillity, especially being in the earth of the historical center. The apartment's entrance is by a front porch equipped with table and chairs. The outdoor area in the back, which is accessed from the bedroom on the lower floor, is also very pleasant and as well is equipped with armchairs and a small table.
