Elégant et lumineux appartement, récemment rénové, situé au 4Úme étage (avec ascenseur) d'un immeuble typiquement florentin. Doté d'un grand balcon, équipée avec table et chaises, avec vue panoramique imprenable sur le centre-ville historique.
L'appartement se compose de deux grandes chambres avec deux grands lits, deux salles de bains avec douche et bidet, cuisine indépendante équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine, grand salon avec canapé-lit et salle à manger attenante.
L'appartement est trÚs calme et dispose d'un emplacement idéal comme un lieu prÚs de la gare de Santa Maria Novella et à quelques pas du centre historique et le vieux pont.
Il peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes, ainsi que la possibilité d'ajouter un lit pour les petits enfants sur demande.

This was a great property and the location in Florence was perfect. Loved waking up and having coffee on the terrace looking out over the city skyline. Also the convenience of the elevator in the building was key especially with all or luggage.

We loved the balcony and the location was within walking distance to all we wanted to do and see. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment offered us everything we needed as far as kitchen supplies and towels. Our hosts were very wonderful and helpful. We arrived a bit late because of the restricted driving in the area and the only rain we had was a downpour as we were looking for parking. Stefania was so helpful in directing us to parking and an amazing restaurant to eat at. Any issues we had were taken care of very quickly. Great place, great hosts!

Our hosts were very accomodating we appreciated their assistance. The property was accurately described and we really enjoyed the outdoor space. The AC worked well. The property was on a quiet street and fortunately the next street over had several restaurants and a grocery store. We were about 8 minute walk to train station and .9 miles ftom Duomo.

Quiet location with patio with beautiful view

The apartment is very nice and the host was wonderful. The location is close enough to the center but in a quiet neighborhood.Its close to Santa Maria Novella Station and the bus station. Also close to a very nice cafe.

We had a lovely stay at Chiara’s home. She met us upon arrival and gave us some great information and recommendations. The condo itself was spacious and clean and perfect. We had plenty of space for our family of 4 (which includes 2 young adults) and the location was great . Everything was walkable and the terrace was so enjoyable after a long day. The home was very clean, roomy, and bright. We were even able to check in early. Communication was easy and proactive. We would absolutely stay again! Thank you, Chiara!

So close to the water, amazing patio with a great view for the evenings. Plenty of separate space for the teenagers to feel like they have down time.

Fantastic Vrbo in Florence

Our family, including our two boys (ages 13 and 16), had a fantastic 3-night stay at this wonderful Vrbo in Florence. The apartment's highlight was definitely the balcony with its breathtaking view of the Florence Duomo – truly unforgettable!The apartment itself was perfect for our needs and incredibly well-located. We loved being able to walk to some truly excellent restaurants nearby. Our host was very kind and delightful; she met us upon arrival and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Florence and can't wait to stay here again on our next trip!

The apartment was perfect for our adult family of 4. Plenty of room to relax, share meals, and be outside on the balcony. The host was wonderful with directions and check-in. Great property, great location!

Our family stayed for two weeks, the property was clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of Florence. It was in a great location, walking distance to everything but away from the crowds. The owner Chiara was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

Amazing stay in Florence!

We arrived late and were able to sit on the balcony with a view of the DOME! It was so amazing. We were close enough to walk everywhere we needed to go. The checkin process was super easy and the location is great. We would definitly stay here again!

Location, view and space

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in a great location in Florence. Very clean and spacious. The owner provided the little extras that were appreciated - nice towels, a few small toiletries. The deck was lovely and large with great views of the city. Very walkable to the main Florence attractions but in a slightly quieter area. Just one block off the river.

Apartment with amazing balcony

My young adult sons and girlfriend, husband and I enjoyed 3 very comfortable nights in the apartment. It is well stocked, very spacious and Stefania was very attentive and made us feel right at home.

Second time was as good as the first time

We stayed here 5 years ago and absolutely loved it. It was just as wonderful as the last time. Hosts are super nice and the place is so clean!! Close to shopping great pastries and restaurants. Also, close to Arno and all bridges that take you to other side of the river. Highly recommend this place !! Thanks you for another awesome trip

Perfect location

Our hosts made sure we felt comfortable and spent extra time with us during checkin process. The view from the terrace is amazing and you can comfortably walk to all the main attractions.

Look no further!

I know this review is extremely late, but I would be remiss if I didn’t finally do this. We stayed in late May, early June. The apartment had everything we needed, was very spacious, extremely clean, and had beautiful views!! Chiara and the apartment manager, I’m sorry but I don’t remember her name, were so accommodating! If you get a chance to stay here, you should!

Perfect place for a visit to Florence!

I was so happy with this apartment! Chiara met us at the apartment and showed us how everything worked, she also had a map and showed us where the popular sites are along with the grocery store, gelato and bakeries! The apartment was squeaky clean and the patio with the view of the Duomo was amazing! The location is great, walking distance to the train station and all the historic sites. You will not be disappointed!
