This was a great home base in Madrid. Large spacious unit was great for our family to spread out after long days exploring the city. Close to metro stops and within walking distance to stores and many restaurants. Definitely would stay here again if our travels bring us back to Madrid.

Beautiful spacious apartment for a family or 2 families to enjoy while in Madrid. We absolutely loved the location and space that the apartment gave us. The apartment is located in a wonderful area and is very walkable to most locations. It's also very convenient to access public transportation. Bus and Metro stops are within 2-3 minutes of apartment. HIGHLY Recommended!

This apartment is a very well constructed and apartment is located in the central part of Madrid. We had access to everything in the city easily. The amenities such as kitchen, washer, beds and bathrooms and living room sitting space were very, very nice. As far as the location and apartment itself it is great. Here are the issues:1. The app used to register does not work well, has many many glitches and it was difficult to register ourselves (5 of us). 2. We did not receive the check in email notice as listed and we had to call the host services through GroupoBiztrip. Biztrip service’s phone que would allow me access to an English speaker until i tried about 5 different times. Finally, I reached someone and they sent me the email link at the last minute. 3. We had no air conditioning (and it was hot temps).4. We had NO hot water the last day and a half of our stay. I tried to call GroupoBiztrip but could not get through their que. I emailed Groupo Biztrip and asked for compensation/resolution and have never heard from anyone.

Comfortable, clean and great location

Very comfortable amount of space in the apartment. Comfortable beds, good heating and water pressure. Fast wifi. Easy to check in and out. All appliances were in good condition. Great location! The only things I can think of—The soft chairs and sofa were a bit stained. It would be nice to have at least a bit of coffee in the apartment at check-in.

Fabulous location. MIT house app for payments was not user friendly but once the payments were made, the MIT house app was great.

Madrid Apartment

Apartment great, comfortable, good location. Only negative was that there were no supplies...only one trash bag, not enough dishwasher tablets, no staples (salt, pepper, oil). We were there for a week. We would have been happy to purchase some kind of amenities pack.

Great stay in Madrid

This property was wonderful. Setting up the app with people coming from 5 different locations was a bit of a pain but made everything easy once we arrived. The house was clean. The amenities (shampoo/no conditioner/toilet paper/garbage bags) were sparse so we ended up buying our own. But the location was perfect! Our daughter had an apartment at Puerta del Sol so this was an ideal location. It was spacious and gave everyone plenty of room to spread out. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Lively apartment

Wonderful apartment - great decor and lots of space. The neighborhood is great too. For the price I might have expected a nespresso machine and dryer like we had at other properties. The only other issue is that the app is a little difficult to use for entry, and the first day we arrived there was another guest stranded outside because they could not get WiFi to enter. The app was also difficult for my octogenarian father to use which meant he did not independently leave to explore the city on his own

Family holiday

After a few bumpy starts, like our first choice apartment was cancelled with a few days to go. However, MIT organised another similiar sized apartment, the second one was cheaper, so we are now awaiting a small refund along with our deposit. We did have an issue with a broken bathroom lock which had one of our daughters locked inside for over 40 minutes! Again MIT responded quickly next mirnimg and had it fixed. However, they never sorted the lights in our bedroom so That was tricky as we couldn’t see anything in there once it got dark Everything else was great. Lovely clean, spacious apartment, lots of room For us all.

Madrid city break

Fabulous apartment that was spotlessly clean. Very centrally located. The only negative was noise from a nearby night club resulting in one room hearing a low bass beat until 4am then the builders next door started work at 8am every morning. Would still recommend
