We were a group of 7 people and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful apartment with great terrace with stunning views. Close to many restaurants and shops. The host was very friendly and helpful, and great communication. Highest recommendation. We would definitely stay here again.

What a great property in the best city in the world!!! Location cant be any better. If you want to stay in Madrid and be in the middle of the action this is the place. Super comfortable, well equipped and perfect for a great time with family and friends. Don't think about it any more and just book this property if available. It's a gem!!!

Do not hesitate to book this lovely apartment in the centre of Madrid. It has everything you could want or need. Beautifully clean, well appointed, spacious, comfortable & in a great location on Gran Via, but surprisingly quiet. And the terrace is an absolute fabulous bonus. Alfonso is a gracious host & responds very quickly if you need to contact him. We would definitely stay in Alfonso’s apartment if we are fortunate enough to visit Madrid again.

Alfonso The Host was probably one of the best posts I have ever dealt with in my many many trips using VRBO as the source of the accommodation. He personally gave us information about sights to see, some great restaurants to visit and just generally the way to get around the city. I think if you are looking for a place near so many sites and destinations with a beautiful view of the city and excellent sleeping and living room accommodations this is the place for you and Madrid. Great apt on Gran Via which is full of theaters and musicals. Close to Real Palace, convenient to Santo Domingo metro which hits major locations in Madrid. Need to be warmer to enjoy the terrace. Good 3BR 2 bath option for 5-6 people.

Unit was on top floor overlooking Gran Via, one of the main streets of Madrid. Walking distance to the Palace and tons of shopping plus restaurants....Easy check in process, very comfortable beds and new, upgraded kitchen and bathrooms.

The location of this property was unbeatable. The unit was clean and airy and the roof terrace was a lot of fun. The manager was very accommodating and helped to make the trip memorable.

Lovely stay

Excellent location will all the amenities on your doorstep. Apartment was lovely, clean and everything we expected. The only improvement I would make, would be to have an extra sofa as 1 was not enough for 6 people. Host was amazing and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Wonderful space and location!

We loved staying here! The location was fabulous, the views of Gran Via from the terrace (especially at night) were spectacular. It was nice to have a doorman at the building and Alfonso was very attentive of our needs.The living space and bedrooms were very comfortable for the five of us. When we, hopefully, get the chance to visit Madrid again, we will definitely stay here!

The apartment location was great on Gran via and close to multiple local attractions. Apt was clean and modern. However, there was limited space in bathroom to hang towels and put toiletries. Communication with host was good. Instruction manual for the use of all appliances was excellent.
