Chaque soir, vous pouvez regarder nos couchers de soleil de renommée mondiale depuis le balcon et en faire l'un des souvenirs les plus précieux de vos vacances. Votre une chambre, une unité de bain a un lit king-size, un canapé-lit queen et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Overall a nice resort. Our particular unit 204B was a bit tired, stained furniture old discolored spread and shams. Bathroom in need of a lot of work and it would have been nice to have a shower curtain liner from this century. That's on the owner, not property management. Kathy Nesnit Vacation Rentals, the management company could not have done a better job. Lots of communication prior to our visit. Excellent response for a minor issue.

EB&TC Nice!

EB&TC is a well managed and beautifully maintained property in a great location on the Blvd. Unit 204B was reasonably clean and adequate for our needs, with a great view of the beachfront and sunsets, although the decor, cookware, coffee maker, utensils etc are in need of updating, none of which detracted from our stay considering the reasonable rate.

Fun in the sun

The only downfall was they locked the pool by 7 pm and it was still 90 outside. It was even dark til almost 9.

Unit needs much updating

Many things need repair: bathtub and drain, window coverings tacky feeling are brittle and fall off when trying to use them,unable to move the bathroom plunger to fill sink with water and it is very slow to drain, Kitchen table and band around it are falling off, there are no strong silverware or metal untensils (as if made from tin instead of steel), all pot and pans were dirty, mismatched and plates were stuck together, the microwave stand is very unsteady and full of junk.

Disappointing

Property very tired and in need of many updates. Many of the Lights, lamps and clocks non working. Kitchen chair missing a coaster. Not sure if it was safe to use the stove, due to burners not being positioned and mounted correctly. Windows and door blinds broken or not working correctly. Just very tired looking all over.

The weather is here, I wish the water was beautiful.

The property was excellent but the the Gulf was not the crystal clear water we hoped for. I guess the best place to get that is in the Caribbean islands.

Wonderful

This place has been awesome! Very comfortable but definitely needs updating. Most of the outlets are broken, the oven is extremely old, and the shower head is horrible! The bed and couch are so comfortable and the view makes up for what the room lacks! The sunsets were phenomenal!

Great location

Nice condo! Lots of emails from property manager-made it confusing. We had to buy chairs for the beach the ones in the condo were broken. We also purchased a floor fan. The hotel type AC struggled to keep the room cool. Overall was nice. We would stay again.

Wonderful Condo!

We had an excellent time staying at this condo. The location was perfect! The condo buildings were right on the beach and there was a paved path directly down to the beach. The pool was also a great option to have. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset and truly was the deal breaker when we were deciding on a place to stay. We never had an issue with not enough hot water as there was 3 of us, who took back-to-back-to-back showers. It was excellent to have the plaza located right across the road, as it has many food and shopping places. All the store owners were very friendly and were great at giving tips on things to do and places to go. It is located on the south side of the island, which is much quieter than the north side. To reach the north side it was only a short drive away by an uber (as we did not rent a vehicle) or a trolley ride. Wish we would have stayed longer, as it truly was a wonderful experience.

So, I just wanted to provide a little more thorough review as it would have helped while planning our trip. My husband and I and our two kids (7 & 5) stayed for a week during spring break. There were a bunch of kids beach toys, noodles, beach chairs, umbrella, styrofoam cooler, in the closet which was nice and we added some things after our stay as well. Obviously some of the decor is dated but that didn’t bother us and we knew that from the picture. The TV is newer and you can plug in your Netflix, streaming services, etc. Kitchen utensils were dated as well and a little sparse but we survived. It was unfortunate that there was no hairdryer (even when I messaged the rental company a week before and they assured me there was). My husband and I both looked everywhere. There were only 2 beach towels....I wish I knew that before as more beach towels would have been nice for a family and I would have packed them. It also would have been more convenient and accommodating if there was more than 1 trash bag and 1 roll of toilet paper left. Our kids enjoyed the heated pool and some of the homeowners were fine and welcoming and some were not a fan of kids (which I understand too). The pool closes promptly at 7! There were a lot of restaurants across the street within walking distance, a fresh fruit and veggie stand, and Pinchers had live music and a nice place to walk to on the beach (only about 5 minute walk). Otherwise we didn’t want to drive anywhere more north because traffic was so bad. About 10 minutes south we ate at Big Hickory Waterfront Marina and it was really good and a great outdoor setting. Publix was about a 8 minute drive. The beach is great and our view was awesome, we could watch the sunset perfectly! The air conditioner worked well (the bathroom got stuffy) but if we closed the divider at night the king bed side was obviously warmer. Overall we had a great week!

Next time please let us know and we will get you one right away. Towels are on a linen service and only 2 beach towels are initially provided, but if you request more at our office we are happy to get you more. It was ok!!

Unit is much smaller than the pictures and the air unit only cools the living room area. Bedroom and master were very hot we had to use an electric fan. Needs some major updating. Pool closed before dusk every night which was a bummer for my kids.

These condos are all the same in size, about 530 square feet. Sorry the air was not working to your liking, it should have cooled the bedroom area as they are all one room. Sometimes the chair in the living room gets pushed in front of the ac which stops it from working properly. Next time please let us know of any issues and we can help.

Estero Beach and Tennis Club

This was our first visit to this property but we would not choose it again. General condition of property was aged and didn't appear to be well maintained. Our unit was supposed to be a one bedroom unit but it was really a studio with a retractable partition. (I should have noticed that on the picture on website) Description said Full Kitchen but there was no dishwasher or counter space to prepare food. About half of the light bulbs were burnt out. The fan in bathroom was not operational and it was difficult for my wife and I to take back to back showers and have hot water. Cable and wireless were sporadic (although wireless was very fast when working) and the times I called the office to report they didn't really seem to care. Most of areas requiring key card access didn't work and although property was named EB and Tennis Club the tennis courts weren't operation which i don't recall seeing on website. Location of property was very nice and view from unit was excellent. Beach access was very convenient.

Sorry that you felt this way about your stay. This is a great location and is still recovering from Hurricane Irma and the tennis courts should be open next week. Unfortunately we have no control over this. All fans at Estero Beach & Tennis are not exhausted fans and all units here are studio style. We supplied you with light bulbs and offered to send maintenance to put them in which you didn't want. It is our goal to make all renters happy and we are sorry this property didn't meet your needs. The pictures are accurate and show the kitchen and the description doesn't state there is a dishwasher.
