1st time staying here & will definitely return. Accommodation is modern, clean and with all amenities you need. Located in a quiet, stunning village. Away from the hectic popular spots, but has two local pubs and great walks

Wonderfully clean, quaint and well appointed cottage. Close to many must see Cotswold villages but set in a quiet, beautiful town with a pub across the street and lovely restaurant /grocery within walking distance.This is an old English cottage with low ceilings. It is multi-level with steep stairs, not suitable for little children and the elderly.

Lovely stay at Knoll Cottage

We really enjoyed our mini-break in Knoll Cottage. Lovely cottage with a beautiful garden. It is our 6th time staying in Blockley and would definitely recommend The Blockley Café. With regard to the house; it would be really useful to have recycling facilities. We ended up taking all our recycling and compostables home with us. Also, some coat hooks on the front door would be helpful. We are hoping to visit again in September.

The Knoll

Very well looked after cottage in a fantastic location on Blockley High Street. Directly opposite a fantastic local pub and very well located if you want to explore the Northern Cotswolds. The cottage has everything you would need and has been designed very well

A pleasant stay

We enjoyed staying at the Knoll in Blockley. The cottage is comfortable and stylish, a few initial issues which were sorted out. The village is lovely and convenient for trips to the Cotswolds as well as Stratford Upon Avon.

Fantastic stay

Beautyful small house in very good conditions. We stayed with 4 people in, was perfect!!!. Spotless clean with a nice smell when you enter the house. Kitchen is very well equipped, nice pub with good food near by. Perfect place to discover the whole Cotswold area. Parking was no problem, always something free in front of the cottage.

A fifth stay at The Knoll

My friend and I came back to The Knoll in Blockley High Street for our fifth visit last week, and found it as desirable as ever. It is warm and comfortable and has all the equipment we need. Being an old, 4 storey building, the bedroom and bathroom on the top floor necessarily have low ceilings, but this is an occupational hazard in Cotswold cottages. There were a few little niggles this time, such as the concealment of the information folder, some expired light bulbs and the oven going on strike, but these were soon dealt with by the team. Thanks to more explicit written instructions - vital for non-techies - we even came to grips with the smart tv and the dvd player. Blockley is an excellent centre for days out, is close to Moreton station, and is well served by buses, which we were delighted to see were being used by more people than in the past. And there is now a bus service on Sundays! I can highly recommend Blockley, The Knoll and Stay Cotswold.

Sisters Cotswold stay

Booked Knowle cottage for a weekend break. The house was fantastic, perfect location for visiting local towns and villages. Well equipped, comfortable and a pleasure to stay in, we will be booking again. Had a fantastic time, and locals so friendly and welcoming too! Great cocktails in the cafe!

Property is lovely and in perfect Cotswolds village. Well appointed and stylish cottage. The only issue was the top floor bedroom and bathroom that were very challenging due to steep stairs to get to it, sloped ceiling, low beams and particularly tub shower configuration (which a grab bar on the tile would help a lot). Beds are great and kitchen nicely equipped although there is no freezer.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful cottage and beautiful village

We enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing break in Knoll Cottage. The cottage is decorated to a very high standard, and is the most well equipped holiday let I've ever encountered. The village of Blockley is beautiful and is very well positioned for exploring further afield, we met a few of the locals and they were extremely welcoming. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

November Break

Knoll Cottage was just perfect, we walked into the cottage and just felt instantly relaxed & at home. It had everything you wood need. It was clean warm, the bed was so comfortable . Great spot to the local pub The Crown 18 steps from the cottage. Would definitely return and stay again

Beautiful cottage

We had a wonderful stay at knoll cottage. The cottage was immaculate and so well decorated we loved our stay there everything you need is there Lovely village the cafe is fantastic we have been to plenty of expensive restaurants we’re the food doesn’t come anywhere near absolute hidden gem I would highly reccomend staying here we can’t wait to visit again the garden was beautiful

Cosy cottage in quaint village

We had a lovely time here. Although the internet went down (and two us were working) the neighbours offered their connection which was very nice and helpful. The showers we struggled with as either boiling or cold but overall a great stay.

Lovely Cottagefrom the bedrooms were

We enjoyed our stay at Knoll Cottage. The property was tastefully decorated, comfortable and well equipped. There were great walks from the property and the views from the bedrooms were lovely. The only downsides were a few low beams and quite steep stairs so this might not be the right property for taller people or those with mobility issues.

Knoll cottage

Lovely stay. Cottage absolutely beautiful the view from the living room window is incredible. Only criticisms would be no welcome pack and no means or area to dry wet clothes, coats and boots after walking.

A lovely stay in Knoll Cottage

Knoll Cottage was a perfect place from which to explore the North Cotswolds. The cottage is beautifully decorated and very comfortable with everything needed for a comfortable self catering break. The garden is lovely - very welcome during the hot week we were there. The cottage is over the road from the Crown Hotel but is still really quite and peaceful in the lovely village of Blockley. Highly recommended!

As you imagine the Cotswolds

Cute Cotswolds cottage in a quiet village with village pubs and cafe. Really nice local people. Comfortable beds and cosey living room. Easy drives to almost anywhere - we visited Blenheim, Daylesford and lots of the surrounding villages. The Fox (part of Daylesford) was fab atmosphere and food but you are spoilt for choice when it comes to pub lunches.

Our perfect place

We absolutely loved staying at Knoll Cottage. As soon as we arrived, we were met with a cosy and warm living room that was a welcome escape from the harsh elements outside. We loved the decor and the quirkiness of the cottage and the views of the valley from the main bedroom were exquisite, especially with the autumn colours. It was easy to feel instantly at home, so much so that we would definitely like to return one day as it really is a special place. The location right in the centre of the beautiful village was also perfect.

Lovely spot

We really enjoyed our home base for a week in the Cotswolds. Knoll Cottage was beautifully decorated, with a lovely garden, and very well equipped. The views out the back were outstanding! There is a great restaurant/cafe in town, as well as a grocery store with all the basics. And the Father Brown TV show church is in Blockley too! My only suggestion is for better quality/ greater quantity of towels.
