Outside, there is a rear enclosed garden with patio, lawn, an outdoor shower, wetsuit hanger and furniture, and off-road parking for three cars with an electric charging point. Within 0.7 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and within 0.1 mile, a beach. Please note that this is a pet-free and a non-smoking property.
