This stunning property offers a wonderful opportunity to experience the beauty and tranquillity of one of Cornwall's most picturesque villages. With four big bedrooms, this cottage is perfect for families or groups of up to 8 guests.



Sunny Nook offers a spacious lounge and dining room with charming wood burner to create a warm and inviting atmosphere on cooler evenings. There’s an additional living area with a 65" Smart TV with Sky package and Wi-Fi. Find a selection of books and games for families. Whether you're snuggled up by the fire with a good book, or having a friendly game of Monopoly, there's something for everyone to enjoy.



The outdoor area is ideal for entertaining, with doors opening onto a spacious patio and garden. Fire up the charcoal BBQ to enjoy delicious meals with family and friends, or light up the Ooni pizza oven for alfresco dining while soaking up the Cornish sunshine.



All four of the bedrooms are located on the ground level, ensuring easy access for all guests. Bedroom one a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), with en-suite shower room including walk-in shower, basin and WC. Bedroom two a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC. Plus a further two twin rooms which share a family bathroom with bath, walk in shower, basin and WC. There is an additional toilet adjacent to the kitchen. The showers have been newly refurbished for Easter 2024.



The beautiful village of Rock is located on the North Cornwall coast, just across the River Camel from the charming town of Padstow. Known for its sandy beach and tranquil waters, Rock is a popular destination for families, couples and water sports enthusiasts.



For those looking to explore the surrounding area, Padstow is just a short ferry ride away. This picturesque fishing town is home to a wide range of restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as some of the best seafood in Cornwall. Don't miss the opportunity to sample some of Rick Stein's famous fish and chips or indulge in some fresh crab or lobster at one of the many seafood restaurants.



Beyond Padstow, the area is full of stunning coastal walks, hidden coves and beautiful beaches. The famous Camel Trail, a 17-mile cycling and walking path, winds its way through the countryside from Padstow to the market town of Wadebridge, and is a popular activity for visitors of all ages.



The property has an EV charger, and private driveway which can accommodate up to 4/5 vehicles. Guests will need to download the app Pod Point to use the EV Charger on a pay-as-you go basis. Unfortunately we are unable to accept pets at this home.
