Ideal for places to visit beaches etc close by. Shops within walking distance. Host was welcoming and when we had a niggle sorted it without any problem quickly. Comfortable beds and everything you need for your stay.

Comfortable

Good location for Llanelli town as well as for exploring the coast, including the Gower coast. Very friendly neighbourhood. Diane was a good host and made the stay easy for us. We'd happily return.

Home away from home

Stayed for 5 nights over Christmas as myself and partner have moved away from Llanelli. Was located in the middle of both families, the kitchen was user friendly for our dinner, plenty of nice walking areas around, and if taking dogs there’s huge field just behind the garden for dogs to run around, wish we had brought ours! Whenever we come back down for a few nights we will definitely have this house as our first choice! Very cosy, very quiet,absolutely ideal!

Clean and convenient

Bedrooms a good size and suited our needs. Small kitchen but totally fine, well appointed. Great little house used as a base to visit the beaches in the area. Handy Lidl for bits and bobs close by. Pembrey Breach is amazing and quiet, great for walking the dog. House is close to the Gower. Helpful host, quick to respond to queries.

WONDERFUL

Diane is a gracious and responsive host which has earned her a Premier Host status. Emma, who takes care of the property, is charming and helpful. Easy walk to the golf club, Lidl and even a centre where M and S foods and other great shops are located. The house is spacious, pleasant and well equipped. As a Premier Host myself, I fully appreciated all of the energy and efforts. Diane has put into this rental unit. I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful host

The house had all our basic needs met, from kitchen condiments, glasses, utensils, to bedding, towels and cleaning products. VERY comfy beds, a great powerful shower. My sons loved having their own space. Instructions and communication were very clear and fair. The location was perfect for us, walking distance to the beach but close to shops and family. We had a small issue we needed some support with and Diane was instantly there to help, very reassuring and we fixed it. An absolutely wonderful host and we had the most enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Lovely house in a quiet area of Llanelli. Close to Llanelli beach and within reasonable driving distance of Swansea. Nicely located near a big retail park wigjany shops imcluding Boots and Tesco Extra. 5 min drive for an Asda, Aldi or Morrisons too. House is really well kept and very clean and tidy upon arrival. Host was great from beginning to end, always available vis messaging on Vrbo. Lots of things stacked for help. Kitchen has every utensil you can rhink of. Good cooker and oven makes cooking easy. Front room is well decorated and has a dining table and recliner sofa for 3 in front of the TV. Can easily connect to the Internet and log in ans watch what you need. There is a nice selection of board games that you can play too to switch off from the digital world. Upstairs has 3 rooms. 2 double rooms with 2 double bed and 2 singles and 1 single room. There is a single bedroom downstairs too. Mattress is best in the main double room. Clean bedding and towels provided throughout including extras in the wardrobes. There are two bathrooms. One is an ensuite attached to the double room with the two beds. It has a shower cubicle. Otherwise there is a main bathroom which has a bath and handheld shower (old school vibes). Shower was good and bathrooms are clean and kept well. My only minor complaint was that the main bedroom window was locked and couldn't be opened. This meant it stuffy at night as the heat increased. Also, there were no fans. Something to consider maybe

Diane war eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.Die Kommunikation und der Check In haben gut funktioniert.Das Haus war gut und wie beschrieben ausgestattet.Die Terrase und der Wintergarten ist gut zum relaxen.Das Haus bietet viel Platz für Familien und der Strand, Geschäfte und Restaurants in direkter Nähe.Besonders zu empfehlen ist der Vogel und Naturschutzpark WWT direkt um die Ecke.

Komfortables Haus in gepflegter Nachbarschaft

Wir haben uns in dem schönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man so braucht und das gesamte Haus ist gemütlich und sauber. Es gibt mehrere Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten und richtig guter Bettwäsche. Alles ist sehr komfortabel, genug Handtücher, 2 Badezimmer, Wintergarten, Stellplatz für's Auto, Terrasse und eine elektrisch verstellbare Couch vor einem sehr großen Fernseher. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und gepflegt. Für Hunde gibt es um die Ecke eine kleine Parkanlage zum Gassi gehen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Spacious Accommodation

The host my made the whole experience smooth and easy . The property itself was immaculate and newly decorated throughout . The location was perfect for my business needs as it was a 5 minute drive to the offices . Situated in a very quiet residential estate . I would have no hesitation in returning .
