We had an amazing stay over Labor Day weekend! David and Dede were absolutely wonderful—friendly, responsive, and great communicators throughout our stay. The house was beautiful and honestly even better in person than the pictures! Everything was comfortable, welcoming, and exactly what we were hoping for. We would definitely stay here again next summer and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great getaway!

We appreciated having Ryan and his family choose our home for their Summer Hampton stay. Ryan was always pleasant to communicate with by email, text and telephone. They left our home in excellent condition. It was obvious that they were respectful of the house a contents. In fact, it was almost like no one was here! We appreciate his extra effort when preparing to leave. We would be happy to have Ryan and his family stay with us again. Dede & David

One of our best trips to the Hamptons! The house was fantastic, exactly as pictured (even better), and well stocked with all the needed essentials. David and Dede were great hosts and communicators throughout the process and stay. I would not hesitate to book again and am already thinking about coming back with our family. Thanks for helping to make our trip a memorable one!

Thank you. We had a wonderful 3 weeks in Blueberry Lane. Excellent property, very well appointed and superb location. The pictures do not do the home justice, it is much more impressive in-person, both inside and out, the gardens and pool area are superb! Exceptional hosts, could not have been nicer or easier to communicate with. I have been renting vacations homes all over the world for over 20 years and this is overall the best experience I have ever had. Really! I would highly recommend this home and these wonderful hosts! Looking forward to our return trip.

Jill and Robert and family were great guests. We enjoyed having them for much of the Summer. They were ptompt arriving at our agreed to time, communicated with us when necessary...which we encourage, and left the house in a condition that was basically emaculate. We would welcome them back.

Beautiful home and very well maintained property! David and Dede made sure that we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was a smooth check in/check out process and the instructions sheet they had provided was spot on for all the appliances/grills/maintenance routines, etc. We had an amazing time with our daughter and look forward to visiting again! Wonderful House, Lovely People

The house was perfect in all respects. Very child and pet friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Dede and David were extremely responsive to all questions, and they even went out there way to follow up and make certain that we didn't need anything additional during our stay. We'd happily stay again.

3 Week Summer Vacation

We have been vacationing in East Hampton for decades and have always rented different homes. We loved this home and would definitely rent it again. It was impeccably clean. The first floor open layout was perfect for our family of five. There was plenty of storage space and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was outstanding. The owners were so considerate and attentive. Any issue was handled immediately. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful East Hampton Home

We had a fabulous time staying at Dede and David's home in East Hampton. It was truly a home away from home. Their home is lovely, well-located, and perfectly equipped for an easy stay. Our family of six (with four grown daughters) had plenty of space to spread out. The home is comfortable and its open floorplan is conducive to gathering a large group together. The kitchen was well-equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and cookware. It had everything we needed and more! The bedrooms and baths were well-appointed and the beds/pillows were especially comfortable! Outside, the property is beautifully landscaped which made lounging by the heated pool even more enjoyable. We enjoyed long walks to Georgica Beach from the house and loved stopping at the Red Horse Market on the way back for a snack, breakfast, or iced coffee. Honestly, everything was perfect! Dede and David are responsive hosts who go above and beyond to provide a top-notch property. We would love to stay at their home again! Thank you, Dede and Dave!

Great House for our annual family of 6 get-together.

The house and pool were perfect for this year’s family get-together. There was plenty of room for the six of us; with great indoor and outdoor spaces. The media room was a good place to conduct remote business meetings; but it was also a great place to relax and hang out. The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond to all our questions and requests. Overall - a great experience.

We enjoyed having Carol and her family as our guests. Their arrival and departure was on time. They left our home in a manner that was more than reasonable and better than expected. Our communications were always pleasant and productive. They were kind enough to point out items they appreciated and a few that needed attention...which have been addressed. Sometimes guests feel like they can be our friends. The 3 family members who we interacted with, gave us that impression.

A perfect stay

We had a wonderful time staying here. David was extremely communicative from the beginning, reaching out shortly after we booked, and closer to our arrival, to ensure he could provide whatever we needed and that things would go smoothly. The house is very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location—a 15 minute bike ride to the beach, walking distance to Red Horse Market, and in a beautifully landscaped area—was perfect. We would be happy to stay here again.
