Toutes les locations de vacances ne se ressemblent pas! Je travaille dans le domaine de la location de vacances depuis plus d'une dĂ©cennie et vous trouvez ma maison au-delĂ  de vos attentes. Cette maison n'est pas seulement propre, elle est impeccable. Vous aurez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour rendre votre sĂ©jour confortable et la vue par les fenĂȘtres avec les meubles est tellement relaxante. Nous sommes Ă  3 minutes du tramway et Ă  35 Ă  45 minutes de l'aĂ©roport, Ă  5 minutes de la I-25 ou Ă  pied et Ă  vĂ©lo le long du canal Highline. Ce sentier vous offre des vues spectaculaires sur les montagnes, la nature et se faufile Ă  travers la zone mĂ©tropolitaine.

Les salles de bains ont Ă©tĂ© rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©es, vous les adorerez. La baignoire est de 20 "de profondeur et vous pouvez voir les Ă©toiles sous la lucarne. La salle de bain principale a Ă©galement une lucarne et une douche avec une tĂȘte de pluie, une baguette et 2 jets. Vous devez faire l'expĂ©rience de cette configuration!

Vous pouvez profiter de toute la maison spacieuse de 2 étages de 3500 pieds carrés avec des jardins entourant la maison, du WiFi, une pyramide de méditation assez grande pour s'asseoir sous, un bain à remous sous les étoiles et à proximité de l'autoroute et des commerces.

Ceci est un quartier familial calme qui est sûr et sécurisé. Vous trouverez des gens qui vous salueront lorsque vous dégusterez votre déjeuner sous la pergola ou que vous regarderez le coucher du soleil depuis le porche.

Vous serez à 3 minutes du tramway, de la gare d'Orchard, située prÚs de la I-25 et d'Orchard.
Il ne faudra que 35 à 40 minutes pour rejoindre l'aéroport international de Denver.
Des pistes cyclables et des sentiers de randonnée le long de la High Line anal sont juste en bas de la colline.

A slice of heaven

We had a wonderful stay. The home is spacious and comfortable. The backyard is a peaceful oasis for morning tea and coffee. We were in town for a family wedding and this was a great location. Our host was very welcoming.

Firefighter Conference

The house was a great place to stay! After a long day at our conference and training, it was a relaxing place to come back to hang out and enjoy the evenings. We would definitely book this place again.

Dirty and lived in.

Property was not clean on arrival. We were there for a medical procedure next day. We were faced with dirty sheets left on beds to be washed and dirty trash cans. Also the property was being actively lived in by someone else. There was no room in any closet or dresser. Refrigerator was full and we had no place to put groceries. Had to leave the property.

Our favorite home away from home!

We love staying at this beautiful home when we visit family in the Denver area. The kitchen is well appointed if you like to cook, as we do. The yard is such a bonus with hot tub, various sitting areas and gardens. And the overall home is just lovely with anything you could want or need for a relaxing visit to the Denver area. Lot's of different places to congregate or sit and read a book. Kings Sooper is less than a mile for really nice groceries with lots of organic options. And there is great shopping in all directions if that is your thing. Central location to get into Denver Proper or to hop on the highway to the airport or Mountains. This was our second week long stay at this property and we look forward to returning again in the future. Best of All... the owner is amazing! She is very accommodating and makes you feel like her home is yours. She has this VRBO thing down!

Neat House—Lovely Area

I came in with my two daughters for a softball tournament and was really happy with the property and the owner. It was not central to anyplace we played or where any of our team stayed, but the house and location were terrific.

Christmas Vaca @ Centennial House

Very nice and open home with great kitchen and very comfortable beds/bedding Great location and very nice neighborhood. Only minor recommendation would be to have a television located in the sitting area off the kitchen or in the sitting area next to the garage. There is a very large nice TV with surround sound in a large sitting area, but it’s not connected/sitting area where we spent most of time cooking and hanging out together. Overall, very nice and comfortable home.

Outstanding House and Property Owner

House and Property we’re phenomenal for our needs. We were in town for my daughters softball tournament for a total of 9 days. The house was perfect for our needs, big, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Marnie was outstanding to work with and very kind. Will definitely stay again next year.

This was a beautiful house and gardens. A lot of wonderful rooms. Nice neighborhood also. Marnie was very communicative. We did have a problem with the hot tub not working at first but she was able to get it resolved for us by Monday. So all was good.

Beautiful Place

My son was moving to Denver and this house was perfect for the first week before he moved his family in his new house. Beautiful, rambling, clean. The yard is a wonderful escape. A feeling of home. Everything you could need. Marnie was wonderful to work with and easy to contact.

Awesome house and gardens

We loved the house- great gardens, beautiful rooms- very relaxing. Kitchen was huge and great for a party of 5- we did a lot of cooking - we aren’t big on eating out much. Also had a great grilling area outdoors. Spent a lot of time in the gardens and the hot tub too. Very relaxing with fountains in the front and back yards. Marnie was always available to answer any questions Would definitely stay there again

Week stay in October 2019- Delightful

This property was wonderful- it felt like "home". Everything that I needed was there and there are so many places to relax in the home, including near the two fire places. It was a 10 min drive to tech center, the grocery store was 3 minutes away and fantastic. The neighborhood was very safe and walkable with a park 5 min walk away. Everything was comfortable- I will stay here again when I am in the area next. Marnie was so pleasant and easy to communicate with- she makes everything so easy.

Wonderful property, experience and owner!

We loved staying at this uniquely special home. From the minute we walked through the front door until we left the experience was wonderful. The owner made us feel like we were at our own home. I had a couple questions and Marnie was easy to reach by phone and very accommodative. The house was ready for our stay. Everything was very clean and well appointed. We had space in the closets and drawers for our clothes, nice washer and dryer/ laundry room, plenty of room in beverage fridge and kitchen fridge, extra linens, etc. A list of “need to know” things that were very straight forward and helpful was waiting for us on the kitchen island. We were in CO for a family wedding and had my mother and my adult sons with us. This home was perfect for all of us. My mother was able to rest between events. There is a beautiful den near open to the kitchen where she was able to visit and read and sit by the gas fireplace. It made it very easy for us to help with wedding preparations knowing that Mom was safe and comfortable at this special home away from home. There are a lot of different spaces in this home to relax including: a formal living room, large family room, studio space, and den, along with several outside areas. The home is located in a very nice quiet neighborhood and is close to shopping and offers easy access to Denver and surrounding areas. We look forward to spending another stretch at this beautiful home in future! I would highly recommend this VRBO. Thanks Marnie for making our family time together in CO. extra special!

I have owned and managed 2 vacation homes over the last 14 years. This is my personal home and I like things neat, maintained and ecstatically beautiful. I like to share with others what I have created so they too many enjoy the space. I am a Reiki Master Teacher and author so my home is filled with good energy. I like to travel so I rent my home to fulfill that desire.

I grew up in Chicago and moved to Colorado in the late 70's to enjoy the mountains and mild weather. Colorado has so much to offer; music, art, culinary delights, hiking, biking or just enjoying the sunsets. I can't think of any other place I'd like to be.

I feel in love with this home as soon as I walked in the door. The living room windows bathe the room with light so I continued to sweep light throughout the house by adding 6 skylights, glass doors, remodeled kitchen and baths and flower gardens where ever you look. You can't help but relax in this home.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

There are numerous places to sit outside and enjoy the views to don't miss any of them. We especially like to watch the sun go down on the front porch in the summer or sitting on the living room sofa in the winter. There is nothing like watching the snow fall out of the living room windows. I love that I can peek out of my covers in bed and see the snow out of those and the other windows around me. The moonlight comes into the skylights all over the house. It's like your living outside with all the comforts of home.
