Well appointed kitchen with everything we needed. Cozy home and living space that was ideal for our family including the 3 bedrooms/3 baths. Incredible rooftop terrace to see the mountains and watch sunsets. Also a bonus to have a garage for our car.Location was A-plus for hiking Red Rocks.

Wow! Where do I begin? This was the most beautiful, cleanest, coziest home we’ve ever stayed in. The decor is stunning. The beds are the most comfortable beds ever. There is everything in the kitchen that you could possibly need. The towels and linens are so soft. The rooftop is amazing and so is the view. You are in walking distance to so many incredible restaurants. Even more wonderful than the condo is the host, Laura. She responded within minutes every time I messaged her. I even spoke with her on the phone a couple of times and she couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. You can tell she really cares about her home and the people who stay in it. I cannot wait to stay here again!

Stunning property! The pictures do not do it justice. It has the most comfortable beds, ultra soft sheets, plentiful bath products, snacks provided (what a nice touch!), and incredible view from the large rooftop deck. We didn’t want to leave!

We had sort of a family reunion with our daughter who lives in Denver and this was the perfect place for all of us to connect! First of all, the place is clean and nice, but maybe the best part for us was the fact we didn’t have to really go anywhere. There’s 4 or 5 great restaurants within a block, which meant we got take out and just hung out together here. Also, the rooftop deck is fantastic! So nice to sit up there and watch the sunset in the evening and have coffee in the morning. We’d definitely come back!

A wonderful home.

Our family of 5 stayed a week. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated and included everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was stocked with all types of cookware and included a variety of spices. Beds were very comfortable. Roof top deck was great. The garage is ground level and the 3 living areas are up one level each.

ALMOST GREAT

In general, the accommodations were nice. Our host had every possible dish, silverware, or utensils. Needed to prepare any meal. We wanted in the home. That was very nice. When coming on a vacation, one thing the two of us really would want, is the bedroom to be relatively dark till we awake in the morning. With no window shades or blinds on the two square windows up in the Bin wall, the sun came pouring in at 5:45 AM every morning. Not a great condition for someone who wants to sleep on a vacation. Wouldn’t take much to remedy this situation, and I suggest that it be done. The only other technical problem that we had was the TV in the living room was very difficult to achieve any programming other than one station. A little bit of a disappointment as well.

Incredible stay for for daughter’s wedding week

Have rented this townhome once before
had to stay here again because it is so beautiful, warm and comfortable! Six adults stayed for a wedding week—spent time cooking in the fully equipped kitchen which has everything you could ever ask! The beds are comfortable, linens are highest quality and the home has anything you can think of! The evening rooftop view of the sunset over the mountains can’t be beat. Such a perfect place. Such an accommodating and perfect host as well! Highly recommend this home for your stay in Denver!

Excellent experience!

This property was absolutely perfect. We were there for a family wedding and the location was fantastic. We stayed for 9 days and we were able to visit tons of places. The location is pretty close to equidistant to Rocky Mountain National Park and Garden of the Gods. Close to downtown Denver and Red Rocks Amphitheater. The townhome was spotless and communication with the host was so easy. I would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful place!

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding at the Wellshire which is just a couple miles from the townhome. Her rehearsal dinner was at Grow and Gather on the roof there
 a couple blocks away
 so an easy walk. All was perfect! House, location and amenities!

Far and above the most beautiful VRBO in Denver area

This Townhome is gorgeous! Although the photos online are up-to-date, they still don’t do it justice. The home is even more lovely and homey than it looks! Laura has a decorators and designer touch! This place is beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. Laura included all the “little things” in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms to make my stay extremely comfortable—I didn’t have to run out and buy anything in a hurry. The upscale bedding can’t be found in most top hotels or homes! The 3 flights of stairs are worth it to get to the top and watch the sunset—it is an absolute dream on the rooftop! My family and I have already rented this home with Laura for your next return to Denver. Thank you for a wonderful and comfortable stay!

I'm originally from Iowa and moved to CO in 1986. Smart and funny are the two characteristics in people that I enjoy the most and I like meeting new people.
I love to travel! I also enjoy yoga, country music, cooking, being outside in our Colorado, bright blue skies, and hosting porch dinner parties at my home where I added a large, covered wrap around porch (you know...Iowa farm houses!). I have a 3 year old Shichon dog whom I adore. I have 2 adult children who are quite witty and I love spending time with them. I'm super lucky to have both of my parents still, a really close knit family, and lots of amazing friends.

I have friends from outside of Denver who have had loved ones at Craig and Swedish hospitals and needed a nice, relaxing nearby respite place to stay, and there isn't much to chose from. I thought it would be great to open a place where they could escape and relax and commiserate with their friends and family, just a few walkable blocks from the hospital.
Englewood is quickly transitioning and becoming a fun, lively area where there are lots of fun and delicious restaurants nearby, as well as interesting, open air, unique shopping areas very close by.

The townhome boasts gorgeous mountain views from the huge, private, rooftop deck and the living room and front bedroom. Mountain Views in Denver are a highly desirable.
I love the kitchen with the tall white cabinets! It is fabulous and the open concept is so welcoming. The fact that it is brand new makes it super clean and fresh and inspiring.
