Within the property itself, the apartment is in excellent condition. The only drawback is the street

Within the property itself, the apartment is in excellent condition. The only drawback is the street it's located on. Although it's centrally located, it has a very steep slope that requires climbing luggage, as cars can't go up.

Very clean and modern. Central location. Hosts welcoming and informative on entry codes etc. nice comfortable bed. Older building so lights needed to light room up. Not suitable if you have mobility issues as on an incline although not a for us.

We showed up one hour early as we had no traffic driving into Porto. As it was raining heavily outside we decided to leave our luggage at the property one hour before the check in time. This was communicated to the cleaning lady, who gave us an affirmative and we left. When we got back later in the evening there were no sheets or towels. The apartment was not cleaned. We had to buy our own sheets to sleep there. We tried communicating several times with guest ready and got no response.
