Thank you so much, Tracy, for your wonderful 5-star review of your recent stay at Winterberry Cottage. We are delighted to hear that you found the cottage immaculate, cosy, and well equipped. It is great to know that you enjoyed the convenient location, with easy trips to Cirencester and Burford, as well as being able to walk to the village pub and The Pig Inn. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.

Thank you Fiona for your review of Winterberry Cottage. We are pleased to hear that the location was ideal for visiting The Pig Hotel and attending your daughter's wedding. We are sorry that aspects of the property did not meet your expectations. We also apologise for the disruption caused by the water outage caused by a burst water main and subsequent hot water issue. Whilst the loss of water affected the whole area and was beyond anyone's control, we appreciate that this impacted your stay. We are sorry that you felt the stay was expensive. However, the property was competitively priced for the area and offered a more affordable option than staying at The Pig Hotel during the same period. Thank you again for taking the time to share your comments.
