Kingfisher Cottage is a modern 3-bedroom detached home in a quiet residential setting, just a 10–12 minute flat walk from the centre of Bourton-on-the-Water.

Sleeping up to 6 guests, the cottage offers flexible accommodation with two king-size bedrooms and a third bedroom that can be set up as twin beds or a UK king sized bed on request.

With an ensuite, family bathroom and downstairs WC, it’s perfectly suited to families or friends exploring the Cotswolds.

The bright kitchen diner seats up to 6 guests, with French doors opening onto the sunny, enclosed garden.

Fully stocked with cookware, utensils and crockery, plus a starter supply of tea, coffee (pods and sachets), milk, dishwasher tablets and basic essentials.

Enjoy a sunny enclosed garden accessed via French doors from the kitchen. The private driveway provides off-road parking for two cars and the garage offers secure storage for bikes, buggies or outdoor equipment.

Location
A short walk takes you into the heart of Bourton-on-the-Water, where you can enjoy cafés, pubs, independent shops and popular attractions including Birdland, the Model Village, the Motoring Museum and Greystones Nature Reserve.

You’re also ideally placed for exploring the wider Cotswolds, including Stow-on-the-Wold, Moreton-in-Marsh, Chipping Campden, Lower Slaughter and Bibury, as well as day trips to Sudeley Castle, Blenheim Palace and National Trust properties.
