Clean, has a working elevator (very nice!). Communication and ease of tie-in was very good. I will definitely look into staying here again when visiting Lucca.

A week in Lucca

Magenta is a lovely little apartment well located for visiting Lucca and day trips to Tuscany. We enjoyed our time very much and the property was well suited for us and especially the light as my mother accompanied us

The team is very professional and friendly. The flat was wonderful in lovely colours and nice furniture, best equiped and in excellent state. The ares is perfect, calm in Lucca's historical center walking distance from everywhere. We stayed 5-6 nights and loved them all.

What a lovely apartment in Lucca! The air conditioning was so wonderful after daily walks in the sun around the amazing city of Lucca. The kitchen had everything we needed and the washing machine was very much appreciated. It was a perfect base for morning and evening walks (cooler) and a relaxing base for an air conditioned nap in the afternoon. It is in a quiet safe area with the police station right down the street. The hosts gave us all the necessary info for the trash/recyclable system and we began to feel like expats. The wall is a couple blocks away - the part with the historical tunnels which were fascinating. The central area of town is only a few cobblestone streets away, as is the tourist center. The train station is across the walled part of the city, but only a 20 minute walk. The train is easy to maneuver and a gateway to Florence, Pisa (the easiest place to fly into)and delightful little towns like Pietrasanta. We both eat gluten free but found many wonderful restaurants, even a bakery with safe pastries and gluten free gelato cones. (My Atly app had many delicious suggestions.)

My family has stayed in all three of the larger apartments at La Residenza Degli Artisti. Each time we stay here, we are more than satisfied with our visit. The apartments are always clean and well maintained, and have sufficient supplies in the kitchen. They are spacious and comfortable, and allow us to feel like we are at home during our trips to Lucca. We will continue to stay here and highly recommend to anyone looking for a convenient location within the walls.

Casa molto comoda, luminosa e pulita. Nel centro della meravigliosa Lucca e in pochi minuti si possono raggiungere le belle mura per una passeggiata rilassante. Un grazie alla gentile Elisa e Simone per essere stati un punto di riferimento. Alla prossima.
