PAS d'ascenseurs, PAS de route pour la plage ... une piscine à votre droite, une piscine à votre gauche et un bain à remous droit au milieu à quelques pas de votre condo au rez-de-chaussée! Southern Comfort Y'all! Celui-ci est unique en son genre "Plantation Resort" est fermé et dispose de 40 acres d'espace directement sur le golfe du Mexique. Il comprend le parcours de golf de championnat "KIVA Dunes". Juste en face se trouve la magnifique baie de Mobile avec une rampe de mise à l'eau publique. Un paradis absolu pour les pêcheurs. Nous payons les privilèges d'adhésion et sommes en mesure de les partager avec nos clients afin qu'ils puissent profiter des commodités de The Plantation. Il y a 8 piscines, dont 2 piscines intérieures et plusieurs bains à remous intérieurs et extérieurs. Profitez de la nouvelle piscine intérieure du West Building. Cette installation intérieure dispose d'une piscine principale et d'une petite piscine pour enfants. C'est toujours la température parfaite et est traitée avec de l'eau salée et non du chlore. Merveilleux pour les jours où vous avez besoin d'une pause du soleil ou le temps n'est pas parfait. Les équipements ne s'arrêtent pas là. Nous avons des saunas intérieurs, des bains à remous intérieurs, des installations d'exercice et plusieurs courts de tennis extérieurs, terrains de basket-ball, volley-ball, jeu de palets, fers à cheval, un putting green et un excellent bar / grill sur notre plage! L'établissement abrite également des barbecues au charbon et des tables de pique-nique en plein air. Garez votre voiture et ne partez jamais OU prenez une courte distance en voiture de plusieurs restaurants décontractés proches, Ft historique. Morgan, ou prenez le ferry pour Dauphin Island. De plus, obtenez "gussied up" et prenez Ft. Morgan Road 12 miles au cœur de Gulf Shores où toute l'action est. Vous pouvez apporter des vélos ou les louer pour l'aventure sur les nombreux sentiers de cette région où vous pouvez voir une faune intacte et ininterrompue. Le beau Ft. La péninsule de Morgan propose également des visites guidées à travers les 7 000 acres du refuge faunique national de Bon Secour. Allez en ligne et découvrez les festivals, événements et concerts spéciaux. Les choses à faire ici sont infinies. Depuis le 6/2017, nous sommes les fiers nouveaux propriétaires. Notre condo est dans le West Building Complex, Phase III, qui était le dernier ajout à The Plantation. Il est au rez-de-chaussée et a été mis à jour avec tous les nouveaux appareils, les comptoirs en granit, les nouveaux placards, les carreaux en céramique, les nouvelles fenêtres, les nouveaux matelas et les nouveaux meubles. Nous avons récemment terminé de rénover et de redécorer l'ensemble du condo. Le déshumidificateur dans l'unité ajoute un confort supplémentaire et bien sûr, nous avons le WIFI gratuit. Les couloirs des unités sont climatisés, ce qui soulage le déballage en plein air chaud. Notre unité particulière est un peu en retrait, loin du trottoir. Le bruit des piscines ou des portes claquant de la piscine est diminué. Le choix t'appartient. Épargnez-vous la déception de réserver ailleurs. La propriétaire, Marlene, sera disponible pour vous parler personnellement et sera en contact via son e-mail personnel pour répondre à toutes les questions et pour assurer que votre séjour soit agréable. Nous avons rencontré tellement de gens merveilleux en louant / partageant notre condo. Beaucoup de gens sont en vacances à The Plantation depuis des années et ne cessent de revenir. Nous étions tellement excités d'accueillir une belle mariée l'été dernier qui s'est mariée sur notre plage. Elle avait rêvé de ce jour depuis qu'elle était petite. Sa famille est en vacances ici depuis des années. C'était un événement assez spécial! Nous nous réjouissons de votre séjour !!!

Our stay was fantastic! Marlene is a great communicator- super easy to get a hold of. The property was clean and in a great location- close to the beach that was not ever super crowded, right in between two outdoor pools. We had a great stay!

Loved our week here! Really appreciated having the beach lounge chairs and umbrella. So nice to not have to pack ice chests, beach chairs or toys either. The condo had everything we needed including small fans for white noise to sleep and every type of kitchen utensil we needed. Marlene was amazing communicating with us and providing instructions to ensure our stay was perfect. The condo was very clean and decorated so cute! There were books to borrow, games to play, and plenty of baskets/shelving to organize our supplies for the week. Thank you!

Dan & I have been married for 42 years and are blessed with two daughters & two grandchildren. We are the proud owners of Unit #1150. We reside in MI so we have escaped to vacation in Florida & other tropical islands every year. We finally decided to see what family & friends have been telling us about "Gulf Shores". At the last minute I booked a weekend reservation at Gulf Shores Plantation. We simply and completely fell in love with this resort. Before we left, we put an offer to purchase Unit #1150 and the rest is history! We love the tranquility here. You cannot find that feeling in many places. We also like the fact that you are able to stay at the resort and lounge all day due to all the amenities here or in minutes be in the hustle & bustle. As experienced renters, we know how to treat our guests, exactly the way we would like to be treated. We pride ourselves on keeping our unit immaculate, updated and comfortable. We appreciate The Plantation's security measures and the maintenance is top notch. We hope you will enjoy our condo as much as we do! Simply read my reviews from all my guests! After renting and looking for the perfect property for many years, it took us only one day to determine this property was the one. When you arrive on vacation, that's exactly what you want to do "VACATION". There were so many times when we would arrive at a rental and it certainly was NOT what was indicated in the pictures. My family would be so upset with me because there were a few places I adamantly refused to stay in. Believe me when I say that won't happen if you choose to stay in our unit. What you see IS what you get. Before you leave, you will be planning to come back! Furthermore, at The Plantation the buildings were developed in phases. Unit #1150 is located in the West Buildings. In 2015 the West Buildings were completely stripped and renovated & our windows were replaced. In 2020, after hurricane "Sally", the West buildings now have a new blue roof and many more renovations have occurred. We are always working on keeping our phase in a "top notch" condition. There are two sets of buildings in the West section. The ones in the back building are cozy, one bed units, some have lofts. The ones to the side (where we are) are angled so you have a great view of the courtyard. Our patio is on ground level and a majority of what you are viewing is the beautiful landscape and the pools. There are glimpses of the ocean too. Our patio is a bit more secluded because the sidewalk swings out around the volleyball area. This definitely is a "plus". You do not have other guests walking directly in front of your patio and you certainly can enjoy sitting out in your PJs in the morning with your coffee.

Families love it here because there are so many things to do on the property "together". We see couples enjoying all the amenities as well. The resort is large enough for all to enjoy and you will never feel cramped or crowded on our private beach or at any of the pools. The great thing is that you don't ever have to venture out if you don't want to. You can stay in your bathing suit all day long and barbecue right outside your unit on one of the many grills & eat at the picnic tables. There are also restaurants on the resort property. There is a bar/grill at the Kiva Dunes & right off one of our boardwalks is the Sassy Bass Amazin' Grill. So convenient to walk up in your bathing suit & dine at the new outside patio or take frozen drinks & meals out to the beach. If you have a bit of energy left, you can throw on a T-shirt & turn left out of the resort & head down to Tacky Jack's or another Sassy Bass restaurant just minutes down right on Ft. Morgan Road. There are also many more conveniences right on Ft. Morgan Road such as Dollar General, small grocery stores & pizza delivery (no large stores on this beautiful peninsula). OR drive 15 minutes into the heart of Gulf Shores, do some souvenir shopping & try out one of the many fantastic restaurants with the fresh catch of the day or a bit of southern cuisine and of course a "Bushwacker". The seafood in this area is phenomenal. The southern cooking & hospitality is refreshing. There is definitely something for everyone here. Y'all have to come down and see for yourselves!
