Swallow Cottage is a self contained private property with its own facilities and outdoor space.
Swallow Cottage has been recently redecorated and benefits from a good sized, open plan living space and a well appointed kitchen. The living room has a recently fitted wood burning stove.
A large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom has been recently furnished with cream and oak furniture, including a dressing table with a mirror and plenty of storage space for clothing in a wardrobe and drawers. The bathroom has a shower and a drawer unit for storing cosmetics and toiletries.
After a day out exploring the local area there is a large leather sofa to relax on by the fire and a breakfast bar with high stools where you can enjoy a glass of wine or one of our local Masham beers.
Based only 2 miles from Ripon and 8 miles from Harrogate with many of the attractions of North Yorkshire and the Dales within easy reach. Bishop Monkton and its lovely local pub which serves superb food is only a mile down the road.
Nestled amongst the outbuildings of a small farm, the cottage benefits from a sheltered position with lovely countryside surroundings. Deer often pass through the adjoining farm fields which are used for horses and sheep.
There is an abundance of local footpaths and cycle ways close by and the cottage is close to all the untouched beauty of North Yorkshire.
