Great location. Can be noisy at night since you are so close to the main action and the windows let the noise through. But the location makes up for it if you're okay with some noise. Bathrooms are showing age and in need of renovation. Space of apartment was great. Did the job.

Location, Location, Location! The apartment is in between the Arc and Playa de Catalunya and located a few steps from the Metro line, two bakeries, and a grocery store. The kitchen was well appointed and the living room area had plenty of room to relax. The beds were super comfy. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Host communicated well. Check-in process is simple. Host offered some great ideas for restaurants and local sites to see. We had easy access to the metro. Overall, a really enjoyable week. Comfy beds. Just the right amount of amenities for cooking small meals at home which we hardly did because there were so many fabulous restaurants in easy walking distance.

The apartment was very nice and was located in a great area. They need to invest some time and effort into kitchen supplies and tools. That was one area of complaint as the kitchen was under supplied for cooking. Otherwise the host was very helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent response and customer service! This house was in a great location with a super market next door. Easy to walk around and to get to the rail system. We loved our stay!!

Great Location - Great Host

Great little apartment in a great location. We loved opening the windows into a charming courtyard to let in the fresh spring air and enjoy local gardens! The location is excellent - within walking distance to most of the city's major attractions as well as great food and shopping. The host was completely accessible - even on Easter weekend. Would definitely book again!

Perfect location

Our family of 6 stayed here for 5 days (kids ages 15-19) and really enjoyed it! Very cute building, clean and comfortable and you cannot beat the location! We were within walking distance to everything we wanted to see...didn't need to rent a car. Lots of cafes and shops and restaurants very close by and the grocery store is litterally 5 steps out the door. Check in was easy and we all enjoyed our stay very much!

Amazing location

The apartment is only a short walk from many of Barcelona's best areas, including the Gothic Quarter, Citadel Park, Boqueria Market, and the water front. We only used taxis for our trips to La Sagrada Familia, Guell Park, and the Barcelona train station. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Quiet spacious apartment in great location

We very much enjoyed this apartment. It is big and quiet and faces a large interior courtyard. Very convenient to have large supermarket just doors away and easy to walk to restaurants and attractions. Management company was easy to deal with and allowed us to extend stay when plans changed with no hassle. Would definitely rent again!

Barcelona

Great apartment, great location. You feel like a local staying here; walking distance to many attractions, shopping, dining, etc. Close to subway/metro. We were robbed so that was a bummer, but couldn’t ruin our trip.

This apartment was in the perfect location to explore and experience beautiful Barcelona. It is within walking distance to the Gothic Quarter, las ramblas, the shopping and restaurants in Eixample, and the beach. There is also a metro line, a grocery store, and an adorable cafe all on the same block as the apartment building. The apartment is in a beautiful historic building and is very cute. There were a few small issues that rated this apartment a 4 vs 5 star. The balcony doors do not open in spite of the apt being advertised as having a balcony. There is no outdoor access. The kitchen has very few items that would allow you to actually cook in it. It is fine for an easy breakfast or lunch. Lastly, we booked the apartment for the night before so we could check in early morning after our overnight flight. The host was aware of this and we confirmed a check in time. We notified the host as soon as we landed and confirmed our check in time again. However, we were left waiting for over an hour and 1/2 before someone arrived to check us in. Thank goodness there was a cafe nearby where we could wait. Overall, I would recommend this apartment as the location and other amenities outweighed the other concerns.

Perfect location for a Barcelona vacation

We loved our home away from home in Barcelona! The apartment was in a great location on the edge of El Born and the Gothic quarter and very close to the cafes and boutiques of the Eixample neighborhood. It was a great base for exploring all that the city had to offer. The apartment was spacious enough for a family of 4 and had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend it!

Great location, clean, but not homey.

We enjoyed our stay. Overall the apartment was very nice, but it did not feel homey. I would recommend some additional art and décor as well as more comfortable living and dining room furniture to make the apartment more comfortable. Also, it would have been nice to have some cooking basics in the kitchen, including a lighter for the stove as well as some salt and pepper.

This is a great location. The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom was very quiet and the windows opening created a lot of breeze. The grocery store and cafe within feet was so convenient. The link for unlocking the outside door and inside door was seamless. we all had access on our phones to open the doors.

Spacious apartment in a great location

Plenty of room for our family of five. Property would benefit from a deep clean. Furniture looks well used and could use an upgrade. Also, there were not enough dishes and glassware.

Excellent Location

The apartment was exactly as described. Easy access to the gothic quarter without the crowds. A pleasant surprise was that the grocery store next door was large and very clean. Beds were very comfortable and wifi was strong. Electronic entrance was not difficult and the elevator was welcome for this 4th floor apartment. We were concerned the view out the windows would not be good but we were wrong. Finally restaurants in the area were good, especially El Mercat which had a popular local vibe. Would stay here again for sure!!

Wonderful stay in central Barcelona

The flat was perfect for our group of two families of three. It was spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of space for cooking, eating, hanging out. The two bathrooms were very nice, and the washer and dryer were also very nice to have. The Gothic Quarter is blocks away, and there is a Supermercado literally next door. The Gaudi houses are walking distance (20 mins) and there are countless places to grab a quick meal or to linger over lunch or dinner within a block of the flat. Comfortable beds, lovely balcony overlooking a courtyard, taxi stand less than a block away, high ceilings, four table fans to help with the summer heat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
