Appartement spacieux de 2 chambres avec vue sur la mer et balcon très proche de la belle plage

L'appartement est lumineux, aéré et spacieux, avec un salon ouvert, un grand balcon et 2 grandes chambres avec placards. L'appartement est sur un seul niveau est donc idéal pour les jeunes enfants.

• 2 chambres à lits jumeaux spacieuses (dans une chambre, les lits peuvent être placés ensemble)

• 1 salle de bain familiale avec WC, douche dans la baignoire, lavabo et bidet

• salon propose un canapé confortable et fauteuils, wifi / tv / dvd, station d'accueil pour iPod, bibliothèque de livres, table à manger et chaises

• un grand balcon menant au salon qui offre une vue sur la mer. Table extérieure et chaises prévues pour manger à l'extérieur.

• une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils tels qu'un four micro-ondes et un lave-linge, une machine à café (Dolce Gusto MiniMe), de la vaisselle, des casseroles, etc.

Il y a aussi un fer et une planche à repasser et un sèche-cheveux.

• tous les draps et les serviettes de bain / cuisine sont fournis. S'il vous plaît fournir vos propres serviettes de plage / piscine.

• service de ménage de mi-séjour inclus dans la location pour le nettoyage / changement de linge pour les séjours de 11 jours ou plus (service de ménage supplémentaire disponible pour un supplément pour les séjours plus courts)

• chaise haute et lit bébé sont également disponibles sur demande (lit bébé est pour un supplément)

Il y a des petits appareils de chauffage et des ventilateurs dans chacune des chambres et il y a une cheminée / poêle à bois dans le salon (petit supplément facturé en hiver pour les journaux)

La propriété a un permis de location complet et a été vérifiée de sécurité (gaz / électrique / feu) avec trousse de premiers soins fournis et un testeur de monoxyde de carbone installé.

Wi-fi est disponible dans l'appartement et peut également être organisé pour être disponible dans la zone de la piscine pour une somme modique (à travers le bureau).

Sao Rafael est un quartier paisible, calme et attrayant et est un choix populaire pour les familles et les couples. En plus de posséder un certain nombre de belles plages, des promenades côtières et des restaurants fantastiques, il y a aussi beaucoup d'attractions dans la région pour garder les enfants heureux. Les visiteurs de Sao Rafael tombent régulièrement amoureux de la région et reviennent année après année. Sao Rafael est à 40 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport de Faro, et est situé à quelques kilomètres de la ville d'Albufeira.

L'appartement est situé dans le village de Sao Rafael, idéalement situé sur plusieurs hectares de jardins tropicaux. Cet appartement au premier étage est situé dans des jardins communs attrayants et bien entretenus et le complexe dispose à la fois d'une grande piscine pour adultes et d'une petite piscine pour les enfants à l'usage des clients du propriétaire. L'appartement bénéficie d'une vue sur la mer et se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied de l'une des plus belles plages de la région.

L'appartement de 2 chambres à coucher peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes. L'appartement indépendant est entièrement meublé et un lit bébé et une chaise haute sont également disponibles sur demande. Il y a de petits balcons dans les deux chambres (une avec vue sur la mer, une avec vue sur le jardin) et un grand balcon sur le salon qui vient avec une table supplémentaire et 4 chaises, donc vous pouvez vous asseoir et profiter de la vue sur la mer.

Vous trouverez un large choix de restaurants, de bars et de boutiques dans la région, ainsi que de nombreuses autres belles plages pour votre plaisir. La vieille ville d'Albufeira est à 5 minutes en voiture et la marina d'Albufeira est à seulement quelques minutes en voiture. Il y a aussi une gamme de terrains de golf de haute qualité dans la région.

L'appartement est situé dans de beaux jardins matures sur un complexe d'appartements. L'appartement est situé au premier étage et est accessible par un escalier. (peut ne pas convenir à une personne à mobilité réduite)

Il y a un grand balcon avec une vue sur la mer du salon et 2 plus petits balcons de chaque chambre.

Il y a une grande piscine en forme de rein (peu profonde à une extrémité et une extrémité beaucoup plus profonde propice à la plongée) et une petite piscine séparée pour les enfants, adaptée aux jeunes enfants.

Il y a beaucoup de chaises longues autour des piscines pour l'utilisation des invités, des parasols et des tables et des chaises. Il y a beaucoup d'ombre disponible si désiré.

Il y a un bureau où vous pouvez obtenir des informations sur n'importe quel aspect de vos vacances et une aire de jeux commune avec distributeur automatique.

Il y a aussi beaucoup de parking commun gratuit disponible sur le terrain.

Un pack d'informations de bienvenue est fourni (copie papier dans l'appartement et peut également être fourni par e-mail avant l'arrivée) qui donne les directions et les détails des restaurants, supermarchés, attractions touristiques etc.

Very nice Location, very nice appartment, very good information

We were guests in Alex apartment for almost 2 weeks in July 2018. The apartment was clean and provides us with all we need during our vacation. The location close to the beach is very nice. Also you can reach many nice places from Sesmarias in max. one hour. Samples are: Loule, Silves, Lagos, Monchique with it's two small mountains Foia and Picota, the beaches of the west coast, shopping possibilities and so on. Alex always provided us with answers to our questions very fast and friendly. If we will come back to this area we will surely ask her about the apartment. Best wishes Christian

Wonderful home for family holiday

Fantastic spacious, clean and well looked after home. ( it really did feel like home and very hard to leave.) great big balcony, which we used as our dining room. Comfy beds and an abundance of extra bedding (hair dryer, iron, bucket and spade, Beach mats, etc) well equipped kitchen. Very spacious. Awesome location, a few minutes walk to 2 stunning beaches, a great beach restaurant (a Sardinia - pria do Arrifas) Near enough to albufeira to benefit from supermarkets, but far enough away to avoid it. There is not a bad point about this place on my mind. Alex is amazing, very prompt communication and extremely accommodating. One week just wasn't enough. Thank you Alex

I am sorry to hear that you did not locate the washing machine instructions - they were in the cabinet with all the appliance instructions as detailed in the information booklet. You did not contact myself or the property manager to ask us for help which is a shame. Regarding the wifi, again, why did you not make contact so I could help you? Whilst you are obviously entitled to your opinion, awarding 2 stars for those reasons seems petty and unkind. How disappointing. I hope you managed to enjoy your visit regardless.

Unterkunft mit Meerblick liegt nur ca. 500 m vom Strand entfernt.

Da wir einen Wagen geliehen haben, konnten wir uns in den 14 Tagen die herrliche Landschaften und die interessanten Orte westlich von Albufeira anschauen und auch einige Wanderungen machen.

Demasiado tranquilo

Demasiado lejos de todo, sin ningun tipo de facilidades (no supermercado, tiendas, bares, restaurantes...). Sucio, mobiliario muy viejo, cuarto de baño viejo e incómodo, muy poca iluminación. Colchones muy duros e incómodos, paredes muy sucias con necesidad de pintura. Armarios llenos de cosas y con olor a humedad. Increíble un congelador en una habitación haciendo ruido. Salida demasiado temprano y encima el dueño nos dijo que podian venir a las 9 a traer algo de mobiliario. Piscina siempre llena, aprnas la hemos podido disfrutar. Lo único bueno lo apartado que está de todo si tu finalidad es descansar.

I am sorry to read your review and that you did not enjoy your stay. I am surprised to hear that you were not able to enjoy the many restaurants, beaches and other activities in the local area, both within walking distance or a short Uber ride away. There is plenty to do! We provide guests with things they will find useful during their stay - a home away from home - so whilst you may not have appreciated the things left out for our guest’s use, all of our previous guests have appreciated them. Perhaps you prefer very empty and not very well equipped places to stay? Your description of the apartment seems very strange and not really accurate. All of the mattresses are new and very comfortable according to other guests, but I appreciate mattresses are a personal taste. There are lots of lamps and wall lights throughout the apartment, so criticising the lighting seems very strange. The rooms are all spacious, light and airy. Everyone has their own preferences and clearly Sao Rafael and our apartment did not meet your needs and expectation. However, your review seems to be unnecessarily negative and presents a very unbalanced and unfair description, which is disappointing.

Wonderful

We’ve just returned form a wonderful relaxing 10 days from beautiful Sou Rafael, The apartment didn’t disappoint, it was clean comfortable and has everything we needed for our stay, There’s a lovely pool a short walk through the complex with ample beds and space ( I can imagine it gets quite busy in non Covid times), the beach is only a 5 min walk away and is absolutely stunning, but was very crowded. We hired a car which we found essential as we could visit other larger beaches which gave us more space, and made access to the local bigger supermarkets (Aldi/ Lidl) nice and easy, we also had a day out to a water park with the kids which we highly recommend, The resort/ area itself was extremely quite which is obviously down to covid, but we enjoyed the peace and quite, We would definitely return ☺️

Very spacious apartment with lovely balcony in a great position near beautiful beach.

Ideal location for most beautiful beach in Portugal. Set in a nice and well kept apartment complex with large communal pool with small bar and cafe open all day. Had a really nice holiday with Alex responding to minor issues (wi-fi) very promptly. Apartment has all you need for self catering and bonus beach stuff in the cupboards. Very comfy lounge and great palm tree outlook from balcony towards Sao Rafael beach. Beds are comfy but one is very firm and squeaky. Can be hot at night but a nice breeze can be had if you leave some shutters open (safe to do so and quiet at night). All in all would be very happy to return.

Great property! Fantastic location!

My family of 4 stayed at this Sao Rafael apartment in August 2018. We had a fantastic holiday. The apartment is situated in a very peaceful setting , is very well equipped and is super comfortable. Great place to relax after a day out. The local area is fantastic . The beach is only a few minutes walk away and is stunning. The pool is nice too and it was possible to get sun beds for all the family- even in August. There are lots of great restaurants locally too. We will definitely be visiting this apartment again!

Fantastisch gelegene Fewo

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Alexis Fewo. Seine Infos waren sehr hilfreich und die Lage, Luftlinie etwa 200m von einem der schönsten Abschnitte der Klippenküste mit wunderschönen Wandermöglichkeiten in jede Richtung, ist toll. Das Personal der Anlage hat uns zwar die abendliche Ankunft etwas erschwert, da es weder Elektrizität noch Gas aktiviert hatte, aber dafür kann Alexis nichts. Wir haben es auch so hingekriegt. Insgesamt eine wirklich schöne Wohnung!

Such a brilliant family holiday!

Apartment was like a home from home. Lovely and comfortable - new Dolce Gusto coffee machine, internet TV for those times when kids (and parents!) need some downtime after a busy day st the beach. Lots of lovely local eateries and not far to old town or marina if want a change. Hope to be back!

La casa è esattamente come nelle foto, spaziosa e dotata di ogni comfort. Vicinissima alla spiaggia comodamente raggiungibile a piedi e le altre spiagge distano veramente poco, 10 minuti ad esagerare in macchina. Piscina molto comoda e rilassante. Proprietari disponibilissimo. Unica pecca...10 sterline x aver rotto un piatto mi sembrano un pò eccessive, ma va bene così! Vacanza splendida in un posto meraviglioso. Consigliatissima.

I am based in Buckinghamshire in the UK and manage the apartment rentals for our family owned apartment. My parents purchased the property over 25 years ago and we have spent a number of memorable family holidays over the years at our apartment. There is a 'home away from home' feel to the property and we take pride in making it as comfortable and enjoyable for our guests as possible. We still use the apartment for our own family holidays throughout the year (with a number of teachers in the family we are lucky enough to get plenty of holiday time!) which means we are able to regularly maintain the property and buy new bits and pieces for it. This hopefully means our guests have everything there that they could possibly want during their stay.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I remember first visiting the apartment as a child when it was still a building site, and as a family we all climbed a ladder to the first floor (obviously little in the way of health and safety considerations in those days...!) to get an idea of the view the property would have. It was beautiful...the sun was shining, the sea looked so blue and you could see boats sailing past, and there was open space and countryside all around us. (Whilst it remains a lovely spot it was even more beautiful then given how untouched that little corner of the Algarve was at the time). Since then, we have gone back to Sao Rafael year after year, preferring it to so many other parts of the Algarve, as well as other parts of the world, and we are happy that we made a fantastic choice when we chose our little spot on the Algarve coast.

The apartment is right on the edge of the Sao Rafael complex which not only gives it great views of the sea from the lounge and front bedroom, and pretty views of countryside from the back bedroom, but it also feels private and benefits from being a lovely quiet spot. It is spacious, light and airy and is blessed with sunshine pouring through the windows throughout the day. You can enjoy watching the sunrise from the main balcony, whilst sat enjoying your breakfast (if you are an early bird!) and you will also enjoy some spectacular sunsets in the evening out of the back windows of the property.

As it is so close to the coast you will also benefit from the sea breezes which are great on a hot evening.

The apartment is set in mature tropical gardens with plenty of pretty flowers and plants to enjoy, providing you with various Mediterranean scents as you walk along the paths to the apartment and to the swimming pools. (The pools are a 2 minute stroll from the apartment).

The beach is only a short walk from the apartment and is widely known to be one of the best beaches in the area. It has in fact been voted the 4th best beach in Europe and is currently featured in the Easyjet TV advert!
