Is a new wonderful apartment that I dedicate to my daughter Allegra , is located just infront entrance of Pitti Palace ,in Piazza Pitti at n.12 in the charming and famous district of Santo Spirito, the beating heart of the city, museums, artisan shops, trattorias, charming shops, nowhere like in this one known as "l'oltrarno " you can breathe the wonderful atmosphere that the city gives us walking through the typical streets to discover the beautiful buildings, one more beautiful than the other. The apartment is located in Piazza de Pitti, the building dates back to 1500 and is famous and a plaque on the facade remembers it because the famous architect Francesco Mazzei was born there and the poet Lucrezia Mazzei lived there until on his death in 1832.
The apartment occupies the second floor, for over 155 square meters, the conservative restoration aimed at respecting the value of the building, the retaurated ceilings are frescoed, the oak floors, the high-level custom-made furnishings. Very bright with 4 windows overlooking Piazza de Pitti exactly positioned in the center, it enjoys a wonderful and exclusive full view of Palazzo Pitti. The apartment is located on a comfortable second fllor ,wide and easy to climb stairs ,the very old building is full of charm ,the house consists of a large bedroom with a 200x200 cm equipped with topper , two sofas and large warrobe with tv and access to the veranda -patio equipped with small table and rattan armchairs with a view of the medieval courtyard ,has a charming veranda where you can have breakfast overlookinga,very quiet and evocative. The bedroom has a bathroom with shower nearby and an entrance that leads to the large leaving area where there is sofa with armchairs and a lovely cherry table for romantic dinners with an amazing view given by 4 windows.A separate beautiful kitchen and another bathroom with shower . A comfortable house centrally located in a beautiful neighborhood and in an ancient and silent medieval building . Our guests love this super bright house with a breathtaking view of Palazzo Pitti,they love dining by candle moon while observing the magnificent play of light at sunset on the stone of the facade of the Palace which takes on a golden light,they love the transience and silence of home ,they are happy to live such a beautiful experience in a frescoed and comfortable and welcomig house.There is paid car parking 300 meters from there ,while the taxi stop is in front and also the bus stop ,Ponte vecchio and Uffizzi are a 5 minute walk away while Palazzo Pitti in front ,everything super comfortable.
