Outstanding property and location.super cool to stay in a 500 year old place that had all the modern convenience needed. Took a little figuring to make everything work since it was in Italian but that is part of the adventure! Incredible density of shopping and restaurants with the very best we found only 2 blocks away. Would stay again!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The location was incredible. We loved staying right on the plaza. We were worried about noise but we barely heard a thing. We went to bed one night at 8:45 (after flying a red eye and staying up all day) and the windows completely blacked out and we couldn’t hear any street noise. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was perfect. The location was extremely central so we could easily come back during the hottest part of the day. The freezer had ice cube trays!! We rarely stay somewhere twice but we can’t wait to stay here when we come back for even more time in Florence and will recommend it to everyone.

Check in was complicated. A lot of instructions. If you ask a question they routinely suggest you didn’t read all the instructions. Info was missing from the documents they sent us. WiFi in building was weak. This is understandable in a very old building but you need to be able to connect to the WiFi in order to access the unit. Seems like each time you chat with the management company you end up chatting with someone different. We will not rent with this rental company again. Excuses were inconsistent for the multiple issues we encountered. Furniture in living room was old and charming looking, but look closely, it is very warn out down to the cushions and uncomfortable to sit in.

That is precisely why we strongly advise completing the online check-in in advance and carefully reading the step-by-step instructions provided. Because you arrived last minute without completing the pre-check-in process beforehand, you missed the essential details for accessing the property smoothly—including the correct credentials for our dedicated high-speed Wi-Fi network. Instead, you connected to an unsecured building network with poor coverage. Regarding the living room furniture, while we fully respect that comfort is a matter of personal preference, these pieces are highly appreciated by the vast majority of our guests for their unique style and comfort. Our instructions are designed to make entry effortless for everyone, provided they are followed. We regret that your experience wasn't ideal, but we remain dedicated to providing clear communication and well-maintained spaces for all our future guests.
