Totally renovated with luxury finishes, elegantly furnished, it can accommodate 4 people. Free WiFi.
Located just 5 minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio, a very central location ideal for visiting all the main attractions, without using a car.
First floor without lift, but thanks to two short and comfortable ramps it is possible to access it without any difficulty.
Consisting of two double bedrooms with TV, one with a complete private bathroom. Furthermore there is another complete bathroom, in the corridor leading to the bedrooms.
Living room with sofa and TV, dining area, complete kitchenette, (fridge, freezer, oven, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher).
Equipped with the following services: A/C, independent heating, washing machine, hairdryer and first supply of linen and towels.

This apartment is in a great location! Has air conditioning but the guest bedroom unit wasn't working. Overall we enjoyed our time here. Great communication from the host.

The only good thing about this apartment is the location, which is excellent. However, the photos in the listing do not accurately represent the condition of the apartment itself, which is grubby, dated and in desperate need of some tlc. I see now in a previous review that someone commented on faulty light switches and burned out light bulbs, well that’s still the case. The kitchen is woefully under-equipped and the cutlery so disgusting we opted to use disposable sets from the grocery store. We didn’t even want to touch the trash bins, which were filthy. The curtains were covered in stains and are actually hanging off the rails. The photo in the property description is not of the correct building so very misleading, although as mentioned already, the location of the apartment is amazing so if that is the most important factor for you, then you will not be disappointed.

Elegantly decorated apartment in a fabulous, convenient location. It is on the second level, so there are not too many stairs to climb. Everything, seems to have been recently updated with good taste and high quality.

The space was very clean and the beds incredibly comfortable! Considering how much we walked each day (9 miles on day 2) that comfort was greatly appreciated. Property description said there was a ramp to make access easy, but it was two levels of a few stairs each. Having two suitcases each (3 of us), it was tricky but we do fine. Great location - so easy to get out and walk everywhere - even to the train station when we did a day trip to Venice. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Florence!

What a wonderful location for a spacious apartment in the heart of Florence, just over the Arno, close to both Santa Croce area and the Boboli Gardens. Comfortable beds, nice to have two showers/bathrooms when traveling with our family of four.

This apt is in a perfect location! So quiet! It’s just across the bridge from all the sites but the neighborhood is very friendly with great restaurants a few steps away. The apt is as advertised. Very comfortable and everything worked great. What a treat to have 2 full bathrooms! The check in/out is super easy.

This apartment is a truly fantastic location. It’s so easy to bop in and out to all the things you want to see and do. Since it’s on the 1st floor- only 1 flight of stairs- it’s very fast to get in and out, but the apartment is also quite dark for that reason. It’s definitely bare bones in terms of kitchen equipment etc… this is not the apartment to rent if you want to be cooking! If you’re looking for just a place to sleep in a good location for exploring this is a pretty good choice.

This is a lovely spacious apartment just steps away from restaurants, gelato, coffee, groceries and unique artisan shops on the Oltrarno side of the city. Literally across the street from Bardini villa and gardens if you want some quiet time and beautiful Piazzale Michelangelo is a 10 minute walk for incredible views of the city. We loved our stay here.

Great place to stay

I traveled with my 2 teens and we loved this place. It was just outside of the chaotic downtown but so easy to access the downtown area. The apartment was very clean and just perfect for our 5-day stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment was ideally situated for the historic quarter--very easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We had two couples staying there and it worked very well. The host was pleasant, helpful, and easy to work with. One tip: be sure you get instructions on how to use the heating/air conditioning units in each room!

We had a great stay. The apartment was in a wonderful location. It is an easy walk to many museums and the Boboli garden. The apartment is also close to great gelato and a wine window. The amenities were very nice. The only drawback was construction going on in the adjacent apartment and the crew started work early in the morning, making it noisy in one of the bedrooms. The host was very nice and helpful, yet it would be helpful if there was a more automated way to access getting the key for check-in.

Great stay on Florence

A very nice place, located in a great district close to the Arno River, with lots of restaurants, store, a market, & bars. The place was clean & just enough space for the four of us. Easy to access & host was very responsive to questions & gave information when asked.

Excellent place

For my wife & I and our 16 year old son, this was our first time in Florence & we loved the city & this apartment. The bedrooms are very large ; location can’t be any better; walking distance to all key areas; the apartment is very clean & well kept; very quiet . Overall, highly recommend this apartment.

Best VRBO

This was my first visit to Florence & I can’t wait to come back. This apt is one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in. The descriptions & pics are accurate. It’s comfortable, quiet & a perfect location. It’s close to sights, restaurants, grocery stores & shopping. Go to Za Za for dinner- it’s amazing- but make a reservation. The beds, pillows & bedding are 10/10. The host was friendly & communicated well. Do not look further- book this apt.
